For someone for whom the culture has been vitally important and deeply ingrained, I can tell you that Kingdom Games does their very best to instill that gamer culture into their business and keep it alive. The staff at Kingdom Games is always friendly and you couldn’t ask for a better guy to be at the helm of it all than Brandon. They offer very competitive pricing and a great vibe. They’ve always done their best to see me happy when I walk out the door. My family loves this game store. The customer service is great and the people are always friendly. They do a really great job at keeping up on their stock of gaming supplies and if they don't have it they try to get it for you quickly. I definitely recommend them vs gamestop!

I had a great experience selling an unopened game console here. Brandon contacted me on Facebook regarding my console on the Marketplace there. I took my console to him the next day, and quickly got the cash I was after. The whole process was smooth, and Brandon was friendly and professional.

Very nice customer service, offered me a great deal for my old Xbox One and PS4 along with some games. Fair prices and willing to match online prices to stay competitive, recommend highly if you want to buy or sell anything video game related!

Everyone there was courteous knowledgeable and personable. There prices are very fair and they have a relaxed friendly area that is welcoming to anyone. I wont be in the area for possibly another year or so but when i return to lakeport this will not be a place i skip and i recommend anyone into video games anime and comic books that this is the place for you.

Brandon went out of his way to help me get joycons. I'm very happy with the purchase. It's difficult to get joycons anywhere right now but they had them and they were a better price than online.

Nice selection and prices, plus cool helpful staff. The bathroom is decked out in an amazing Mario theme, with some great artwork around as well. Glad to have found this place and hope to come back

Can do everything GameStop can do only better, better prices, better trade in, better selection. I went in there recently to pre-order a game and they do that too, so yes. I choose this place over any other video game store out there. As far as comics go I don't really know much about that so I don't know.

They have a large selection of new and used games. Always helpful and they do trade in value that are higher than GameStop. Recently they started hosting gaming tournaments which is great for the youth in the county.

This place is epic, they have a great selection of every thing from gaming supplies to pokemon all in all I will be returning to this haven of games and If I could I would rate this wonderful place a solid 10/5 stars, shout out to the great employees there.

The following review is long but definitely worth the read! The owner of Kingdom Games in Lakeport has the BEST customer service I’ve ever had when shopping for games. I was on my way from Clearlake to Kingdom Games, when my car broke down and I was on the side of the highway on 175! The owner of Kingdom Games Brandon Costner, was going to sell me a Nintendo Switch, I called him and told him that I was 4 minutes away! He DROVE to me and brought me the switch and I paid him through Facebook !!! GameStop won’t do that for you just saying. If you ever want good prices and amazing service KINGDOM GAMES in Lakeport is the way to go!

Brandon and kingdom games are amazing if they don't have what you need all you gotta do is talk to them and they will go out of there way to help you find out about it or even get it. I recommend them over every place I've ever went even GameStops in the malls and such
