I don’t usually leave reviews but Jessica helped me tremendously she helped me borrow online over the phone she stayed with me from start to finish and guided me . We were on the phone for a long time and she never once sounded upset or anything. At times people don’t want to help older people like us and they get frustrated with us. But at check into cash they care about their customers. I was able to get me and my husband online thanks to Jessica ! She is truly great.

Adriana is amazing! I went in there thinking I wasn’t going to qualify for a loan and felt a bit embarrassed for visiting a payday loan. She made me feel comfortable and she was able to place me in a loan that fits my needs. If you need a loan this is the place to go. I’ve been to other places and the customer service doesn’t compare to check into cash. I will definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family!

Yesterday went into get a loan for some reason I didn't think I would qualify.Why that I don't know so they did the paperwork and yeah it's easy as 123 I was approved and let some stress off my shoulder.I like to thank my mom for referring me & the young lady who all made it happen.Thank you again.

I been meaning to post a review but I keep forgetting . I promised the girls I would post a review. Every time I have came here with my mother I have had a pleasant amazing experience thanks to Jessica she has been incredibly sweet and kind to my mother. Everyone else is also very heartwarming and kind. But Jessica goes above and beyond , she helped my mother sign her documents she got out of her work space and came to help my mom since my mother has Parkinsons she has trouble signing . She was very kind. Don't listen to the bad reviews they are from people that have nothing better to do then spread hate. My mother went in their to pay her loan and when she came back home she told me she gave Jessica $400 instead of $300 and that she immediately gave them back to her. She also gave my mother a green dot gift card which my mother enjoyed alot. Do not hesitate to come into check into cash you won't regret it at all. Great customer service!

Came back ten mins before closing and Martina, helped with a smile 😄 such nice workers here. 10/10
