I WENT TO ENJOY A HOT CUP OF SENIOR ☕ COFFEE AND I WAZ SHORT TWO PENNEY'S AND WAZ STRAIGHT FLAT OUT DENIED!!! LIKE THEY COULDN'T LET ME GET BY WITH TWO CENTS!?! AZ COLD AS IT'S BEEN THESE LAST FEW MORNING'Z TOO!! AND OHHH YEAH 👍 DID I MENTION I WAZ HOMELESS!?!? AND THIS IS HOW I WAZ SLAPPED IN MY 👀 FACE AFTER I GAVE THEM EVERY BIT OF 🚐 BUSINESS I'VE EVER HAD!?! BEFORE I WAZ HOMELESS!! AND YEAR'Z LATER THIZ IZ HOW MCDONALD'S TREAT'Z MEHHH?!? Always fast and courteous employees. Never recall any mistakes with orders or anything. When I want Mc Donald's I can go to that side of town and know I'm getting good service and is speedily done.

Great but slow staff but that's due to new staff or not enough staff , alot of homeless come here so atmosphere is a little meh .

It was great keeping us hydrated in the hot temperature with plenty of water

Average 5 minutes but sometimes 25.
Once they left me 40 minutes because no one told me that a machine was damaged and brought my order incomplete.

They where fast n the food was fresh n hot sweet tea was nice n cold n delicious, it had been my first time there,i only had 25 mins it worked out perfect 🥰💞 I will be going back...

I believe the drive thru was about to close but they had alittle bit of time and patience with me. I like that, I couldn't catch the cashiers name I belive it was Lina. I know it started with an L😅
Anyways I didn't expect this kind of service, but I'm glad I did😀
P. S. I didn't catch the other workers name, but I know she looked great in that yellow hat😎

Based on publicly reported sales statistics, McDonald's continues to provide great tasting meals for a wide swath of Americans. Drive-thru only apparently now, the local store is usually busy, with a few vehicles in line whenever I visit. When a McDonald's meal is on my palate, I find their neighborhood store meets my needs. Great burgers, fries and Coke for a great value.

Employees work hard aat getting orders right, clean restaurant

Huge ovation to Angelina Ortega who shows up everyday to work with a phenomenal work ethic and a strong positive attitude, utmost punctuality and respectful customer service making not only my stay but meal preparation and chow time an exquisite yet exemplary experience 1000/10👌 yall got a diamond in there ~ B😋

They let me eat my outside food in there if i bought something and the cashier didnt do that receipt coin paperweight thing so none of my coins fell out. First time a cashier treated me with that respect. Thx!

we went through the drive-thru even though we had a big order yes they parked us but they we're out in less than 5 minutes that's what I like Fast service food was hot and good definitely going there again

Food is always hot. The employees are always pleasant. It is my favorite McDs and my friends and I refuse to go to any other McDonalds in Madera.

Drive thru was quick and courteous...and order was accurate!

Good food. Friendly employees. They also didnt get mad at having to remake my order twice and stayed on it.

Easy access. They always get my order correct. French Fries are always hot. Plenty of ice in the iced tea.

Quick bite fav place and I love the Caramel Frappuccino and the caramel iced coffee

So far, there ice machine hasn’t been “broken” lately. For that, i give 5 stars!

Excellent service and recovery. Love the managers their, they're always so kind. Especially JoJo 🙂😎
