Updates are made to keep the facility up to date in the newest medical treatments. Staff is well trained, courteous, and friendly. Always at ease when going in for cleanings or work needing to be done.

Wonderful Experience! My kids don't hate the dentist anymore. Dr. Peffly and Dr. Wiens are both awesome they are super friendly and try to get you as comfortable as possible before doing any work on you. Office staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Their warm cookies are also a positive thing. A++ service.

Have been going to this office for years, and honestly I couldn't picture going to another dentists office. They are so polite, professional, always accommodating, and most of all truly careful when it comes to detail. They take the utmost care in making sure I am always comfortable, and never make rescheduling difficult or a hassle. My whole family goes here and we are comfortable enough with everyone that it is never an uncomfortable or dreadful visit. Highly recommend, and will always have positive things to say about this business.

Dr. Wiens is the most gentle dentist I have ever been treated by. I'm never sore the next day, and usually can't even tell which tooth he worked on. The office staff are very welcoming and caring, and always make me feel like they are genuinely glad to see me. I've always felt well cared for, like a member of the family. It's a wonderful, warm, caring office, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Peffly for over 40 year's! My children go to him, now our grandchildren! He is absolutely the best dentist ever! He is definitely fitting of his nickname "Painless Peffly" and his office staff are so very kind and make sure you feel totally at ease!! I wouldn't go anywhere else and have referred many people to him!!

Dr. Peffly and his staff are very friendly and very professional. I've been to lots of dentists (I was in the Marine Corps and traveled a lot), and Dr. Peffly, by far, is the best dentist I have been to. All the way from his mannerisms, easy to talk to demeanor, and friendliness, to the quality of his work. He is the only dentist that has been able to numb me correctly the first time.

Dr. Peffly takes the time to know his patients, which is lacking in a lot of other offices. If you are looking for a high quality dentist, look no further.

I have visited Dr. Wiens and his staff for both cleanings and to have work done. The office is lovely and the staff is very friendly. They have done a phenomenal job from the scheduling, to time spent in "the chair". All my kids have visited Dr. Wiens as well, and have had a great experience with both him and his staff. They were very calm and reassuring to my little ones (ages 2&4) and the kids did great!

Dr Peffly and his office are clearly the safest, cleanest, most efficient and painless I have ever experienced. Dr Peffly is an artist. He and his extraordinary staff are impeccable. Want to look better, Painless Peffly as I call him, provided me with the best veneers ever. I never could have imagined my smile would look this good. And my wife's smile is even better.

Dr. Peffly is so kind and professional! His staff is very friendly and caring! I was nervous to switch dentists when we moved to Madera, but I am so glad I found Dr. Peffly! The office is always clean and of course we can't skip over the freshly baked cookies on the counter! :)

From the moment you walk in the door to this office it is pleasant! The office is well maintained, updated and clean! When you walk through the door the staff at the desk are friendly and inviting and continued throughout the visit! All staff from the assistant, hygienist and doctors were pleasant, knowledgable and friendly! I felt like I knew them for years! My 6 year old daughter needed some what can be unpleasant work but Dr Wiens was calm, gentle and kind to her. He did things with such ease and I was impressed at how fast the visit seemed to go. It also helped that the rooms are equipped with cable tv with a headset for the audio and my daughter enjoyed wearing some cute fashionable sunglasses to help with the light! They gave her all she needed for her dental routine, a treasure treat and even cookies at the end! She went home asking when her next appointment would be and excited to brush AND floss her teeth!! It is almost as if they are miracle workers! We will be back!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Peffley for over 20 years. He has been nothing short of fantastic. He is always looking out for my best interests and I could not be happier with the service I receive. Recently, I started seeing Dr. Weins in the same office. He is just as good as Dr. Peffley. He shows a lot of compassion and is very thorough. He is very friendly and personable. The office staff is wonderful! Always greet me with a smile and never forget to make a call to remind me iof asn appointment. I will continue to go there as long as I can. This is a great dental office.

We have been going here for over 10 years and I am always satisfied with the service, hygienist, staff and the dentist. John and Tim really know what they are doing and are always friendly and happy to see their patients. We have been to other dentist when we lived in Clovis and always have come back this dentist despite the commute. As long as we live in central CA we will come to the best dentist; DDS Wiens in Madera!

Best dentists & Welcoming office staff! Both Dr. Wiens & Dr Peffly care about their patients, explain in detail the dental procedure and they make sure you are comfortable during entire the procedure. They are passionate about their work and I would never go anywhere else!

Never have I had such a good experience with a dentist. (full disclosure Dr. Wiens is my brother-in-law) I avoided them like the plague, the fear of pain, discomfort and the seemingly endless amount of tools that could be placed in my mouth were enough to keep me away. BUT THEN I caved to family pressure and had my pearly whites examined by the good Doctor. Everything changed, I'm no longer putting off going due to my fears. There was no pain in the examination and they are GENTLE even when flossing. I mean it's kind of relaxing. None of this snap the floss into my gums so I bleed like crazy. It's actually a very pleasant experience, I mean I'm treated like family. Not just by Dr. Wiens (because he has to) but by his staff. Friendly and welcoming. And then (spoiler alert) you get a warm cookie on your way out!

I have been a patient of Dr. Peffly's for more than two decades. I'm glad that Dr. Wiens will be around to take care of "me" if and when Dr. Peffly retires. :) I have had many people ask why I still drive to Madera to go to the dentist. I just say the doctors and staff as my friends. I would miss them.
