Jose and Chris are very knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. They came and took care of the clog at my house in no time. They are friendly and easy to talk to. Jose did a great job of explaining the problem to me. This company is fast and efficient from the beginning, from the very moment I called in for help, to the very end of the process. This gentleman Jamie came and checked our AC/heating unit...When Jamie showed up I liked how he represented him self and the company that he works for very professional and kind. Also he explained what he was doing and why which made me understand what I need to look out for in the future for them to come by and fix. Over all I'll like the poeple that have came in the past and taken care of my plumbing as well. I'm very satisfied with this company and the people they hire. This company tries very hard to keep there customers happy. I will continue to keep them as my AC/heating/plumbing services with them.

We love working with All American Plumbing Heating and Air. They service both our home and rental. We have both properties enrolled in the AMP service plan. So worthwhile.
Recently, we had a plumbing issue at our rental. Jose from All American is the plumber who services our rental and he is amazing. He’s knowledgeable, professional, courteous and has a great sense of humor. He was accompanied by Chris who was just as helpful and competent. They fixed our situation and actually came back out to adjust the dishwasher that was still acting up adjusting with the new plumbing.

These guys were great. First things first, my pipe burst Friday night. Worrying with having to wait till Monday to find someone to come fix we found these guys online. We called their emergency line and was actually able to talk with someone 11pm on a Friday night. We were able to get someone out to our home the next morning on a Saturday. Jose was really helpful in telling us what exactly we was going to do and having a detailed list of the steps he was taking. He was also able to do the repair in amazing time. After he was done with the repair he even showed me the pipe and what burst and where it happened. I would definitely get these guys again. A+

Had a wonderful experience, Jose was out ontime, determined the issued, explained in full detail what would be needed to fix the issue and broke down the cost for us all up front. All American Plumbing Heating & Air were great to work with!
Our ancient water heater stopped working. (There was no leaking, just stopped heating the water...)
The owner of the local American PH&A (Lamont) came right over to diagnosed the problem. (It was NOT a pilot light out. Was a failed control box).
Lamont advised us that the water heater was still in warranty (but barely). He gave us a choice of having the original manufacturer send a replacement control box and have his crew install it.
Or, install a new water heater that was NOT DIY grade like the one that failed on us.
We opted for the upgrade with the more robust construction and engineering.
The work was scheduled for the next morning. The Technicians Jose and Chris came on time (Actually, a little early as their previous assignment was done sooner...).
They got to work right away. (Took the old water heater out. Properly installed the new one with the proper shutoff valve and anti-earthquake strapping in place.)
They tested for proper temperature and for leaks.
They reviewed with me the proper yearly maintenance for this installation.
They answered all my (sometimes dumb) questions with patience.
I believe I got good value and service for the money I paid.

José and Chris came to give me a quote on a gas dryer hookup. They were friendly, funny and professional. They did an amazing job explaining the work they would do and they thoroughly explained the cost. They were out of my budget for this project but I still recommend them. They have an amazing HVAC/Plumbing maintenance membership program that is affordable and worth every penny.

We had a great experience with All American plumbing, Jose Alvarez our tech was very nice and well mannered, and put our new water heater in, he explained everything to my husband and I, Hot water again!!! happy customer.

Had a stuck basin drain plug in bathroom. Due to old age & physical limitations, I was unable to attempt repairs on my own. All American was able to fix the problem quickly and their worker took extra precaution to not track any wet weather mud, etc. into my house because it was rainy & windy outside. I was able to use one of the discount cards they mail to me and faithful save for such emergency situations.

Jose and Richard, were great at showing me the root problems and cooking grease clinging to the pipe. They not only did the work required to prevent a sewerage back up, but they fixed it so if ever another sewerage no digging required to find the problem. Great people.

We needed a third party opinion. Jose and Rodrigo came, listened, inquired and analyzed.
