I've been here at Willmot self storage for 8 yrs already .. they have reasonable prices and not to mention the Manager Cynthia she is the most lovable and kind person I've met .. always on top of everything the whole time we were there she would always pass by and ask us if we're fine, if we need anything Thank you Cynthia for always being very kind and thoughtful

I like to thank Cynthia for all the support with my family mostly my mother we just lost my dad march 18th and he had a storage here n with alot of his belongings for his painting business n we wanted to stay longer but the lady at the time made it so difficult n we had to b forced n to renting another storage at the same place or we would lose all my dad's thing n my mother n I were not prepared to even see all my dad's thing the lady called day n night n left message after message worse time for us n a experience we will never forget my mom is so dad n to have to worry about losing my dad's things tore her apart...The day after we had to Pay for another storage I met Cynthia n she happen to b the manager she made everything so much easier n took the time to talk wit us n made our decision on staying awhile lot better..I even got help with moving my things to a bigger storage n we more at peace with it all ..Cynthia u are such a beautiful person thanks for your kind words n actually taking time to reach out n helping us with all of this .You truly are great at your job may God bless u and your family today n every day ...thank u willmott self storage for having the best person as a manager she is the best ever ...I give this place from 1 star to a 100 stars I trust my dad's things will be safe there maybe the other lady was having a bad day may she be blessed with better days as well n she learns her job better

I have been a customer of Willmott Self Storage for a little over a year. The management Frank & Barbara are amazing. The facility is clean, they do constant checks of the facility and if I ever oversight on locking my unit correctly, they give me a call immediately so I can head over and correct. I originally rented a very small unit which worked well and when I needed a much larger facility they accommodated my need with no problem. I did price other facilities before selecting Willmott and this was by far the best and with customer service of management glad I decided to go with them! They get 5 stars from us!!!

I am writing this review because I recently had an overpayment on my unit. Frank was so nice about it and took care of this situation immediately. I have used other storage places throughout my life and so far, this storage facility has been the nicest, most cordial and cleanest facility that I have used to keep certain belongings I have safe and dry. I recommend this facility to anyone who likes nice people and the satisfaction of knowing your unit is safe, clean and dry. If you have questions, Frank is the man who knows. He will treat you right and help you anyway he can.

I stored my stuff with these folks for years and have been consistently pleased with their exceptional customer service. Not only have I never had an issue that wasn’t immediately handled, but every interaction was pleasant. Frank and the whole team have been wonderfully friendly and congenial. When I moved from the area it took a very long time to find another storage facility that even came close. 10/10 recommend!

After completing an out of state and across the ocean move to Los Banos, we are incredibly happy and satisfied with Willmott Self Storage. It was one of few things that went smoothly during our move. I’m a ‘list’ type of person so I’ll list the reasons I rated them 5 stars below:

1. They answer the phone!
We called several self storage companies and some just don’t pick up the phone. When you’re completing a move however big or small, or just want to clean out items and put them in storage picking up the phone super helpful!

2. Courteous and friendly service!
Before moving I called and spoke to Frank (I believe the manager) who answered all my questions so patiently and thoroughly. I had questions about what the appropriate storage unit size was needed for our household items, unit availability, cost, what was needed to make sure we had the unit reserved for us, etc (I asked a lot of questions). The courteous and friendly service has been consistent with every visit to the storage facility.

3. Safe and Clean Facility
Frank and Barbara monitor the grounds and even contacted me ASAP when they noticed our unit hadn’t been locked properly. They truly care about the service they’re providing and hope they we tenants will maintain that standard as well.

I’m so grateful we were able to land a spot at Willmott Self Storage - they’re a popular place and now I know why. I feel peaceful knowing that our items are in the best possible alternative location. Thank you Frank and Barbara!

Well I went all through Los Banos looking for a storage unit at the last minute and out of all the storage companies around Willmott Storage was the best. Not only did they have multiple units of different sizes available, but there pricing was the best by far. The customer service was excellent as well and they really went out there way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I've been with Willmott Self Storage since 2014 and I have not had any issues. When my payment would not go through, Frank would call me ASAP so we can resolve it before any late fees would get tacked on. Any issues with my unit, he would call to make sure if i was out there, like the last time, some glass had broke from a frame I put in storage and he called to make sure it was me and he got up the glass so i wouldn't have to take time off. Great guy, great service, great storage company.

Absolutely love this storage place! Clean units.. felt safe leaving our valuables there while moving to another state. The staff is always friendly, especially frank. We have been renting from willmott for over 5 years now and our time there has come to an end. It is definitely the place to go if you’re in the market for a clean, affordable, storage facility. Been with Wilmott Self storage for awhile now and I’ve always felt respected both by Frank and Barbara. They are very professional and respectful and they really know how to treat the customers well. My mother and I have had our things stored here since 2018, and we have been nothing but more than pleased with Frank and Barbara and their facility. Everything is always nice and clean and Frank is very attentive with the units security. If I ever forget to slide the lock or completely latch the lock he makes sure to call and let me know as soon as he notices. I always recommend Willmott Self Storage to anyone I know looking for a storage unit!

I definitely give this storage place 5 stars I have been with them for years and is very clean and safe place. definitely a best storage to keep your belongings, Frank is a great person, make you fill great when you come in check, bring or take staff, Barbara is great as well. I always have recommended this storage!

Going on 4 years working with Willmont storage and it’s the best experience I’ve had. Their service is awesome and always willing to work with you. They really do provide the best customer service out here in town and does go above an beyond. Never had any issues with either of my units and it’s always clean.

First of all, before you go into a storage you need to talk to the people who run it, first comes Frank which is who helped me out, he is really cool and down to earth guy, he's not a "oh yea let me take your money" kind of person, Barbara is such a sweet lady as well, and always cleaning, they're definitely the right people to run this storage facility! Now the units themselves are also very clean you don't see trash as you're driving in which is a nice feature considering so many fields around LB causing debris. Over all I've been very pleased by the services I've received here!
