Their food is always good! Love the breakfast burritos. Better be hungry because they do not skimp on the food.

Great food, the menu is now posted on the wall, so it’s less contact inside. I had the enchiladas and they were great, warm and affordable.

There weren't many reviews and none in recent weeks, but everything we read was positive so we thought we'd give it a try. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff, the promptness of service and the quality of the food.

There are both takeout and dine in options available. We dined in. The chips are kept in a warmer and brought to the table as soon as you're seated. Beverage options include fountain soda or brewed iced tea.

My favorite part of my meal was the made to order corn tortillas that came with my amazing shrimp fajitas (also served sizzling).

We will definitely be back soon!

Went for breakfast everything was spot on, I ordered the Chile verde breakfast w/ flour tortilla, the meat was so tender worth a try every thing was delish the tortilla was handmade yum!, hubby ordered chilakiles was able to choose spice level he loved it. Will come again. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Thank you keep up the great work

Every time we order take out from here the customer services is awesome and the food is great. Customers for life.

Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee's, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 5 minutes. Meal was served hot and excellent taste... There Menudo is the best so delicious and those homemade flour tortillas yummy!!!

Stopped there for a romantic breakfast while I was in town. I loved the hospitality, the prices were good, and the food was delicious. I absolutely love their homemade flour tortillas. I can't wait to go back again soon.

Our First time coming here, and decided to stop and give it a try, I ordered a combo plate with a sope and taco (street style) with rice and beans. It was very delicious and satisfying, beans tasted homemade, asada meat was super tasty and very well seasoned, not a lot of fat so it was perfect. The sope was definitely homemade and so delicious, lots of meat on taco and tortillas looked homemade. My husband got the asada fries, he loved them, very well presented...I will definitely be ordering here again. The service was also very good, everyone seemed very friendly. It does have sit down dining but also very popular for takeout so you can order ahead. Good Choice.

Looking for my first meal in California and Cecilias was recommended by a local. This place is incredible. Had the breakfast burrito and now I don't know if I'm going back home to Georgia. Really wanted my first authentic Mexican meal and the crew at Cecilia's knockednit out of the park! They recommended different meats, let us try a few, and it blew me away.

Had the pleasure of eating at Cecelias restaurant in Kerman today. Back in the day, me and my friends would go to the one in Mendota after a fun night out! Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! I really missed Felipes spe I'll!

Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Definitely will be back when I'm craving a hamburger. Good job, thank you.

Having first eaten at Cecilia's in Mendota for years, we finally made a trip to to try out their restaurant in Kerman. They still carry on that same tradition of quality dinning at very reasonable prices. Me and my wife savored over every part of our meals, loving every bite we took. The food was amazing very good flavor and the the rice n beans were awsome and the the home made tortillia was soooooo good and the service was awsome they were on point friendly and had a smile we wilk be back to try something new and the prices were not bad
