Very professional staff and fast on repairs.

Very pleased with new fiber optic service. Service man did great job installing. Internet speed much better and am able to use steaming TV service with no problems. Nice alternative to cable internet.

New fiber is the best Internet in the area for a great price, very reliable.

Update:
We finally had a tech come to a scheduled appointment. The technician was curtius, professional and helpful. He finished the job quickly and made sure it was done the way we wanted it. So far the service has been consistent and reliable. I can increase from 1 to 4 stars for the tech and the service.

If they'd show up for an appointment I may know what the service is like. I have made several appointments over a 7 month time frame. We've rearranged our work schedule lost vacation time to wait yet again to get no service. The last appointment was canceled by frontier "because I didn't make an appointment " I'm sorry what?? so I'm done. They will not get my vote or my support. I do not recommend Frontier at all.

I am a subscriber living in Mehrten Valley, east of Exeter, CA. I lost internet connectivity about six days ago. Still have none! This occurs all too often with Frontier Internet. A staff member confided over a year ago there is a cable breach somewhere in the area which, especially after rainfall, kills our connectivity. He further revealed that decision-makers higher in the corporate food chain have decreed that there aren’t enough subscribers left in this ever-growing area to justify replacing the cable. WOW, guys; what a great business plan! If subscriber numbers have dropped due to your sketchy service, then double down by giving the remaining suckers even poorer service! Heaven forbid you should attract and retain more customers by upgrading your system! Not worth the investment? Oh well…. Where are you, AT&T? Put in a tower and you’ll have us!

Frontier fiber is finally available in Los Alamos, but guess what? We can’t get it. Our appointment has been cancelled 3 times because we “have an existing account”. The “existing account” we do have is with EarthLink DSL and NOT Frontier. They have sales reps all over town but we can’t even give them our money because the main office keeps rejecting our appointments. The appointments they do schedule are 3 weeks apart. We are without internet with EarthLink for days at a time and would like to switch over ASAP to fiber.

Really there’s no offices available for any inquiries or info the “personalized rep” so far no response back by phone

Worst Company ever. Go with Starlink instead. Frontier charges you for an extra month and they charge a $50 cancellation fee. If you need service the wait time is over 2 weeks. They will keep you on hold for over 20 minutes. They do not have 24/7 support. Terrible Application software. They make you call to cancel service even though the App tells you it is cancelling. This Company is dishonest and dysfunctional. They do not have visibility of their own outages. So glad I can finally get rid of Frontier now that Starlink is available in my area as an alternative. 2 weeks for a technician? Really? No customer support after hours or weekends.

The worst. I have not been able to access my account for over 6 months. I have probably spent 10 hours trying to fix this. Nothing works. Frontier is the worst. If any manager at frontier sees this please contact me. You have my phone number

Our internet keeps going down , making it impossible to pay bills on time or any of the other things I need to do. Very frustrated with this company, not fixing it or making us wait over a week for a tech to come out.

Getting a new service and their customer service doesn't know when the truck will arrive, called the local office the supervisor doesn't know either. Appointments don't mean anything to them. If you have other fiber choices, pick that.

Trash customer service. Trash automated system. Trash sales team. Trash internet! Do not get! Especially if someone comes door to door! Call the cops!! Scammed!!!!

Very insistent on making you a customer and the system to call is not very helpful.

Continual internet outages, need I say more.
