Just bought a truck from Santos Ford. The salesman and finance manager were very helpful. I had a good feeling and experience dealing with these Gentleman. I bought a used truck and they were not pushy at all. Loved that about them. Would definitely go back to them. I searched far and wide to find a truck. I read the reviews for them and compared to others. This is why I chose them. I am happy I did.

Service department and technicians are excellent. They had clear diagnosis and were very thorough explaining options to repair. They were able to diagnose the problem that other dealerships could not and helped us resolve a major engine issue. This is the one of the best service departments I've encountered. A+

This place is awesome. Has tons of old school auto stuff like antique gas pumps of every kind. They even have these two huge awesome antique radios like the ones people wld sit around and watch and listen to like a TV before there were tvs. Old broncos on the show room floor like my dad had . Really really cool place even to just check out the antique nostalgic items. They even have a fish tank with a sunken ship and the biggest coy fish I ever saw!!!!

The Service department is coming up and providing nothing but excellent customer service ! THEY NOW HAVE A MOBILE SERVICE VAN THAT COMES TO YOU NO CHARGE - recalls , diagnosis and maintenance ! Wow -

Great experience working with Jr and Bruce. That made it a very quick and easy transaction of trading in my truck and getting a newer truck. Jr found a truck with everything I needed and I appreciate all the hard work that took place before we drove over.

Thank you Eddie and Santos Ford team! We were driving on I-5 on our way to go off roading when our transmission started overheating and shifting hard. Eddie was able to squeeze us in and have the service team fix our issue within a few hours. It turns out that a DIFFERENT dealership made some mistakes (overfilling the transmission fluid) on our last service. They fixed the transmission fluid levels for us. The service team even took the time to clean up the undercarriage that was covered in leaked fluid. We are so thankful for the fast and effective help, and excellent customer service. We’re now well down the road with a normal transmission temp. Thanks again!!

Shared specific details of vehicle my wife and I were looking for with Santos Ford personal and they were able to comply. Santos Ford texted us some photos and price they thought we would be happy with and invited us in to discuss options. Discussions were held, price was agreed upon and whalla we came home with what my wife wanted. Santos Ford did a great job on my Ford Escape. I had an oil change and all else was checked including my tires rotated. My windshield wipers were replaced also. I highly recommend Santos Ford for any services your vehicle may need!! Thank you to the staff at Santos Ford!!!

Staff always greets me when I enter and exit the business. Staff is knowledgeable of Ford service and parts. Staff explains service to be completed in terms that is understandable. I so appreciate that. If I could give them a higher rating I would.

The Santos Ford mobile service unit arrived and my new car battery was installed.
The technician was pleasant and knew what was necessary for the car to run.
He even went beyond and checked all fluids.

We had a check engine light over the weekend with a brief loss of power. The problem and light went away before I could get my car in for service. They checked the codes and it pointed at a certain part. The tech checked and everything was working fine. He didn't want to change the part just based on the code. For this I thank them for saving me money by not just guessing at the problem.

We bought our ST brand new from this particular FORD Store and we have only ever taken it back to this FORD for all maintenance. They are always very fast friendly and can always fit me in whenever I need services. This will be the first place we go when we are ready for a new car.

I took my truck for repair at Satosw Ford. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Give me specific time to pickup my truck, they called me 10 minutes before the given time that my ride is ready.

Friendly small town feeling with great customer service. Its always nice to see familiar faces in this dealership and even if you’re not from here, you’ll still get friendly service.

Santos Ford service did what they quoted and more for the price they quoted and in the time they quoted it to be done. I don’t think you can ask for more than that. The best Ford Dealership in California. There are several Ford Dealerships closer to my house but It’s worth the drive for their service.

I was able to schedule last mini for next day service, and I got it. And I got excellent service, I was notified of the results and of a possible safety issue, caused by someone else.

Absolutely amazing service and staff. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. They even went out of their way to take me to the rental car company and pick me up from there.

The customer service rep that I worked with was friendly and professional. Cost was reasonable and the service rendered was executed well and in a timely fashion.
