The owner was very rude. Made my month of moving out of my apartment a living hell. Basically had to take my business somewhere else. Rented 2 storage units in one month. Each time needing to rent a big Uhaul van also.
Learn some customer service!. Showed 0 sympathy for my situation. And yes tweakers live in the units

Ez ACCESS 24 HOUR STORAGE-The owner Paul O'Conner is bipolar. He picks on certain people monthly to ride,harrass,and reap havoc on. After 4 years of having a unit here, he decided to pick me this month, to evict, and give me 15 days to move out after paying my rent. If my stuff isn't out by the 15 day mark. He will then lock me out-For myself to then make an appt, to get the rest of my stuff out at his convience. This guy is a bully, he walks into certain people's storage units, at his own free will anytime he wants. He let's a hand full of people live there,and inform him of false doings in order for them- to save there own ass. They turn the cameras away from there OWN UNITS to keep from being caught for living there 24-., they then stay inside there units, don't have cars(only bikes)and sneak in and out there units, without cameras on THERE OWN UNITS. THERE ARE LIKE 12 different people, ON the side and THE back that live in there storage units. After 4 years, of living here will the help from my boyfriend, my storage unit, is now safely well built inside with 2 levels - making it easily accessible safely- to access things I need, & go through, sell and or throw away the excess. Which is why I got this storage unit in the first place. I finally get this unit Dialed IN.,+ Paul evicts me for NO LEGAL REASON.
