I never once considered seeing a chiropractor because my perception of them was to only see one when you're really injured. But I really wanted to focus on my body and prioritize health and wellness, so I was referred to Dr. Monica by my friend Ines, who was already seeing Dr. Monica for 2+ years! I asked a ton of questions on how Dr. Monica is, what's it like, etc. And after reviewing her website, something stuck out to me that really pushed me to schedule an appointment. Dr. Monica said our bodies are like a car, the more you take care of it, the better it'll work in the long run... and that just blew my mind!

So after getting my x-rays done with Dr. Monica and seeing her weekly, I have noticed a significant improvement in how my "pain points" feel. It felt less irritating and uncomfortable! I also love how I feel after getting adjusted, especially after a stressful day at work, or a not so good night sleep.

Every time I walk into my appointment, the studio is always so well put together and clean, and I'm ALWAYS greeted by Jane, who is absolutely SO sweet! She always asks me what my "hot spot" is, and she uses sound waves and a massage gun to relax me before Dr. Monica adjusts me. After my 15-20 minute appointment, I walk away feeling so much better!

I've been having lower back pain and was able to make an appointment to come into Dr. Monica's office within a few days. For my first appointment, she took x-rays and made some adjustments. She then gave me a detailed explanation of my x-rays and we began working toward fixing my back and my neck curve. After a few appointments, the pain is no longer there. Everyone at the office is super nice and accommodating as well.

Dr. Monica provides great holist care. I see her weekly, as I have scoliosis and am over 50. Her excellent adjustments and decompression of my spine, gives me relief from pain. She also does sound wave which is relaxing. She has a vitamin program that also improves your overall health. The office is in a good location with easy parking options. You’ll be warmly welcomed by Jane, who does the therapy intuitively.

I first found the incredible Dr Monica on Instagram and then couldn’t believe her office was just minutes away from my home! I had spent years battling headaches, pain, gut issues, and tried everything - from various kinds of doctors, injections, prescriptions, physical therapy, allergy tests…not to mention thousands of dollars. I just knew the moment I met Dr Monica that she was different. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and talented, she is a wonderfully kind and thoughtful person who actually listened to me and was genuinely interested in helping me to get better. And I’m so thrilled to say I am headache and pain free. I am a much happier and healthier person. And I feel like I am more empowered in understanding my overall wellness. I started the treatment with Dr. Monica about a month ago. Because of my work I always need to sit in front of the computer for 8 to 10 hours per day. My spine shape was very bad and the fatigue after each long day has bothered me for years. After just one month treatment the fatigue is now magically gone! I could still feel some shoulder pain after long working hours and it is not that bad anymore.

Dr. Monica and Jane are super nice people too. I would recommend anyone who has similar health issues to go there to at least do a consultation to see how Dr. Monica could help. The consultation also includes a x-ray check and explanation of the spine issues by reviewing the x-ray pics which are very thorough.

The Process:
I read reviews online, Ok, this place sounds to good to be true, (secret, it's even better!).
Greeted so kindly by the team, I did some intake papers, we went over everything; history, pain points, they got to know me, all of the things! We did x-rays, I had a follow up and Dr. Monica educated me about the body in general, where things should be, how things should look, etc. and then we reviewed my x-rays, (Yikes) fear not! They have a plan, and they are excited to get you living pain free!! I'm well on my way, and now I'm excited to see a future of living with no pain, which I just didn't think was an option.

Dr. Monica is beaming with pride for her practice, and it seeps into every aspect of it. The physical space, the look and feel of the office, and most importantly the emotional space she leads with for her team, and they hold space for every client that walks through the door. I've never felt so cared for as I do walking through these doors. Greeting from Ann Marie behind the desk, are always with a smile on her face. Dr. Sharon works out all the kinks, and is super encouraging to keep going. There is so much skill and care lead by Dr. Monica, I'm so lucky to be a part of this experience, all while getting physically and emotionally better. I'm incredibly grateful.

I found Dr. Scott on Yelp while searching for chiropractors nearby. My insurance covered chiropractic visits at her office so I decided to try it out. So glad i found this place! My first impression of the office was that it was super clean and peaceful in there. I am absolutely thrilled to share my outstanding experience with Dr. Monica. She has made a significant positive impact on my life. I was skeptical of chiropractors in general, due to my previous experiences, but she was recommended to me by a good friend, so I thought I'd give her a chance.
I had been suffering from persistent numbness in both of my pinky fingers since the end of 2018 due to a neck injury from training/competing in Jiu Jitsu. I literally had numbness in both of my pinky fingers 24/7. I had tried various treatments, therapies and even had ACDF surgery, but nothing seemed to provide any relief. I just accepted the fact that this would be something that I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. However, from the first consultation with Dr. Monica, I sensed a genuine commitment to understanding my condition and providing a personalized treatment plan.
Dr. Monica's approach was not only professional but also deeply empathetic. Walking in, the office space is so welcoming and energetically calming. Monica is so lovely, competent, and professional. She addressed my main body hot spots with a full body adjustment.
