Centrally located family park with very well kept mobile homes ,community pool ,park ,an more near 57 ,22 and 5 fwys

I love it's location close to everything and it's quite all the neighbors are good people and friendly nice club house w large pool and pool area park just like every where needs help but not everyone needs five cars right it's an awesome place to live except for the manager not a good choice especially if you don't want to be harassed for doing nothing at all the property management needs to employ more managers. With management skills not morons

Use to live here 202 mobile homes in the park. Lots of stray cats being fed by homeowners but I like the cats here they run from the park to the riverbed and aren't a problem there are also raccoons and possums and an occasional coyote has been seen wandering over the years it's a good park good neighbors good community

Fantastic Five Star Family Park pet-friendly wide roads nice pool space rent is average for the Orange County area this is affordable housing take it or leave it it's not going away anytime soon

I've lived here 12.5 years and I love it. It's clean, attractive, safe, and within 2 minutes of the 5, 57, and 22 freeways.
