Went in to get my Apple pen fixed, and at first was having a hard time due to a few reasons. Thankfully Carla the manager overheard and took over in assisting me. I was really frustrated at first but she took the time to look into my account and helped me resolve my issue in a nicely manner. She could have just send me on my way, but instead took the time and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond to resolve my issue with a great attitude.

Big shoutout to Zack (I didn’t know he was the store manager)

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Zack, the store manager at Best Buy, during a particularly challenging return process. As a disabled customer requiring assistance, I found Zack’s dedication and service to be exceptionally supportive. I had purchased a TV from Best Buy through Amazon and decided to return it while it was still unopened. Faced with complications at the store and after an unhelpful experience with Amazon’s customer service, Zack stepped in to navigate the return process with me.

Zack’s willingness to go above and beyond in assisting me through every step of the return process not only alleviated my stress but also saved me from the inconvenience and additional cost of shipping the item back via UPS, despite my Amazon Prime membership. His commitment to quality customer service was evident throughout our interaction, making what could have been a frustrating experience smooth and manageable.

I am deeply appreciative of Zack’s exceptional customer service and highly recommend his expertise and empathy to anyone visiting this Best Buy location.

Awesome waitresses and waiters. Kept all unwanted dishes cleared from the table. Food was delicious and kept at proper temps. Liked the fact your prewrapped silverware was already on the table so you didn't have to juggle with it.

Staff very friendly. Very good about giving directions. And we're eager to help.

Has lots of things in stock and the people are helpful. One of the better Best Buys..

Have had terrible experiences at best buy and worked at one before.
So far i give this one a 5, marvin found something i needed and took his time.
I would have given up personally but he definitely found it and i got me exactly what i needed.

Cesar was great explaining all the things that I needed to know with the laptop and the accessories that I purchased and my customer experience was wonderful.

I came here multiple times over the years and always leave satisfied. I came today for a turntable, steroid receiver and speakers. The associate was so incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. I left very happy and now am listening to my music. Thank you! I’ll continue to be an Orange Best Buy customer!

I was very pleased with the delivery and installation of my Samsung washing machine. The installation guys were great. They were very carful and mindful of my personal property around them. I highly recommend Best Buy installation and services.

They're always very helpful. They take care of my needs. The answer any questions of mine. They're really great guys there.

Online order pick up was surprisingly efficient and what I thought would be a long wait was not because the staff had an eye on the line and swooped in before I even shifted my weight to the other side of my body ( I tend to shift my weight distribution back and forth when waiting in lines at check out).

We have been back and forth to this Best Buy for technical stuff and returns and each time, we had the luck of working with James from Customer Service/Order Pickup and he is the absolute best person! He is so nice and goes above and beyond when it comes to his work. Such a great guy!

For me Best Buy was computer/electronics technology, but last Saturday I went to take a look to the appliances they sell, they have a wide variety and their prices are very reasonable, as soon as I started to look around I was approached by a very nice and appliance expert asociate "Alex" Tran, who kindly and patiently explained me the new features and asked me some key questions to help me pick the right fridge for my family. Best buy also price match to any competitor's price.

Its closed. No signs. Nothing. We parked to toke and watched car after car come in and curse/flip the signless store before busting a B out of that sandtrap. We found it delightful

Went straight to the Customer Service dept to exchange my SodaStream cylinders. They only had one at the time, but they were very helpful. I will go back in a few days to exchange the other. Hopefully they will order more than a few at a time, as I intend to visit this store to obtain refilled cylinders. I LOVE my SodaStream! I only use plain water, I don't add flavors, and I look forward to drinking plain, but bubbled water. I never thought I'd ever say that. So I'm glad BestBuy carries them.

The whole team was very knowledgeable and friendly! I felt like they really took my needs into consideration during consultations and helped me choose the best iPad for what I was going to use it for while also ensuring I got the best deal. Definitely my new preferred store!

Great store, they even had a Lego section for the kids.
