I am relatively young and very active for hip replacement surgery. Dr Nassif was reassuring, never pushy. Confident but not arrogant. I know him to be kind and, more importantly, an amazing surgeon. I have had both hips done by him with zero complaints. He is truly a caring professional who loves what he does.

Dr Nassif is the best! He has done a full knee replacement on both of my knees. He did my right knee in 2020. It is completely healed and pain-free. He did a full knee replacement on my left knee 2 weeks ago and I've already moved on from a walker to a cane. They always tell you the second knee is more difficult and more painful. But that is not the case for me. Dr Nassif is an excellent surgeon and a pleasure to have for a doctor.

I had my right knee replaced three weeks ago and could not be happier with the results. DR Nassif continues to show his professionalism and expertise with his quality work and his concern for my well being. All you need to do is follow his instructions and follow the pre and post surgery exercises and your recovery should be quick.

I had Dr. Nassif for two hip replacement surgeries. Dr. Nassif was very caring and took the time to explain everything regarding this procedure. I had to call him once on the weekend and he called me right back. His whole staff was nothing but nice and on top everything. Dr. Nassif also has a great online portal that you check into everyday to make sure everything is going good or to check if you have any questions or concerns. I'm so happy I picked him. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nassif and his team.
PS - I'm still in recovery from my second surgery but I'm doing great and can hardly wait to test out my new hips.

Efficient, friendly, good organization & follow up: Having a total joint replacement surgery done these days requires a lot of testing, preparation and follow up, and Dr. Nassif's team and Newport Orthopedic have made it just about as efficient as can be. Dr. Nassif and his team are all friendly, prompt and professional with Newport Orthopedic being pretty much a one-stop shop for most of what you'll need for x-rays, consultations, and the surgery itself. I only had to go externally for things like extra tests and GP/cardiology approvals. All the way through, the team used personal touch and web-based tools to keep me informed and on task. I hope I don't need another joint replacement!--but if I do, no question, I will go back to Dr. Nassif and Newport Orthopedic.

Dr. Nassif is an excellent surgeon who did a Total Knee Replacement in 2021. He is a wonderful listener who explained everything in great detail. He and his staff, and the Orthopedic Institute hospital have been very attentive during and after my surgery. I am extremely happy with the surgical outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Nassif to anyone who needs a Total Knee Replacement.

Dr. Nassif has performed a hip (Dec 2017) and knee (Mar 2018) replacement. I am extremely happy with the results.
I had extreme pain in my hip before the surgery - the day after the surgery - I was walking pain free. I never had to take any pain medication.
I just had the knee done and there was more pain after surgery than the hip but the surgery straightened the bow in my leg and eliminated the pain and the clicking.

My father had full hip replacement with Dr. Nassif this month. The attention, responsiveness of his staff, and surgery have been brilliant. The facilities are modern, spotless, convenient--everything you would need to get through a major surgery like this AND recovery.

Dr. Nassif is not only really good at what he does, but he is an outstanding surgeon with a lovely and encouraging bedside manner. I had complete confidence in him for my hip replacement. I am a dancer and an athlete and I was VERY choosy and nervous. He was one of 8 doctors I interviewed. I chose him not only because I had heard from other doctors and chiropractors who have seen his results, praise him, but also because when I met him, unlike others who do the same work, I found him positive, kind, confident but humble, and understanding. That's tho you want to do this important work on YOUR body.

From the beginning discussions about knee replacement surgery I was very nervous. Dr.Nassif and his staff educated me about the process and made it easier for me to do. The surgery went well, the recovery went VERY well and through the partnership between doctor, hospital and physical therapy,made my recovery much faster than I imagined. For me, two weeks to be released back to work is a miracle. Hard work on my part and help from the doctor and staff made this possible. I recommend Dr. Nassif to ANYONE needing knee surgery to get your life back again.

After my initial orthopedic diagnosis of cartilage loss in my right hip I was fortunate to be assigned to Dr Nassif for a consultation. After the X-ray he clearly explained everything that was going on with my condition. Very warm, friendly, caring.....and most of all, ensuring this is my decision to consider total hip replacement and he isn't there to convince his patients one way or another. The pre and post-op surgery was fantastic! "I left my pain on the table". His staff and the follow-up is top notch! Their use of Health-Loop for staying directly in touch is a great tool! My last follow-up visit is next week -- not without giving Dr Nassif a big hug for making my life so much better! Recommended to a friend who is on the charts for his surgery.

Was diagnosed with a sarcoma in my hip and pelvis. Thank goodness another of my doctors recommended Dr. Nassif. Along with my positive attitude and his skill as a doctor, my surgery went better than expected. From our first meeting I had complete trust that he would do what was best for me.
