Purpose was to upgrade our phones to the Z Fold 5, change plans, get 2 Samsung watches. The rep immediately helped us when we arrived, she was friendly and super knowlegable. For that complex transaction we were in and out in under an hour.

Best AT&T in Orange County! I was assisted by Fernando as well as the store manager, Tony...both helped me make updates to my our family’s plan and get all the new phones we needed ordered. In addition to that, Tony took the time to help me set up my AT&T app. They are taking proper covid protocols and were very professional. If you’re looking to go to a store, I highly recommend this one!

What incredible service! Karam helped us upgrade our phones and get internet at THE lowest rates possible. When he couldn’t get through a phone call (no fault of his own; corporate changed a number and didn’t notify employees of the new number), instead of having us wait any longer, he said he would follow up and schedule our Internet installation. I honestly thought I would have to call him the next day to remind him. But no! He called me the next day and informed me he scheduled our Internet installation at an unbeatable rate. I’m truly impressed with Karam’s professionalism and follow through. Will definitely keep visiting this store in the future!

I came in a couple days to upgrade my iPhone 7 plus wasn't sure what kind of phone I wanted. Seemed like a slow day so i took my time on deciding what phone i wanted, (while there i was offered water felt really comfortable) luckily the guys at the store knew what they were talking about when it came to phones. I ended up leaving with a Iphone XS Max ( in silver) & i love it!! While there i also got a couple accessories for it. Will defiantly come back for future phones.

I was helped by Mark today in the store. He was courteous, helpful, and did not rush me. He fixed what I needed and had a very nice attitude. I would not hesitate to purchase another AT&T phone or services with that kind of customer help. Very satisfied.

Excellent service. Travis was extremely diligent and did not quit
until he got the desired result in changing my phone plan, that involved
extra work This was after spending hours on the phone with AT&T - customer service, loyalty, retention, prepaid, post-paid departments, each referring me to another location, including wanting me to travel to a "corporate office." Thank you, Travis, for not quitting.

It was my first time ever going to an AT&at store. The customer service was very professional and the guy named Karam was really helpful, he answered all the questions I had I he set me up an account in very short time. Would 100% recommend 😁

I had a wonderful experience with this store. I was treated very nice and Karam especially. Wenbin was also very pleasant to deal with. Karam made the switch from Tmobile to Att very smooth.

Coming from the Apple Store at the Fashion Island for a new Iwatch support assistance, this was close, convenient and had parking! The staff were fast and efficient, and we would recommend them to anyone needing AT&T services.

Liam had me in and out very quickly, he resolved my issue and it was a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond to fix my mistake and I’m very appreciative.
