Mr. Juan Montoya and his partner, Pepe, did an amazing job with my stucco repairs. Mr. Montoya assessed the damage due to aging and normal environment stress (sun and rain), gave me a reasonable quote, and kept me informed during progress. While the whole job took some time due to the color-matching issue (our home is about 20 years old, and the color was difficult to order), the result was absolutely worth the wait.

Pepe and Juan are professional, courteous, and just fun to be around. We enjoyed chatting with them on a daily basis.

I really wish I had taken "before" photos because the end result is remarkable. The back porch "pop-outs" that Juan and Pepe added to my existing, plain columns are just gorgeous and have added appeal. Our home looks fabulous now.

More importantly, we have made a connection with two really nice people with whom we hope to work again. We have plans to add some contrasting color to the "pop-outs" soon, and if we ever need stucco repairs or roof work, Montoya Roof Conversions is our contractor of choice!

Juan and his crew did an excellent job replacing my tar and gravel roof with a TPO covering. They worked incredibly hard over a weekend and knocked the job out in only two days. The price was very fair and he even gave us a little gift at the end! I’m so happy I don’t have to worry about my leaky roof anymore! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Juan was great to work with. He and his crew built an excellent 8x12 shed on time and with high quality workmanship. They were organized and efficient and we're looking forward to completing future projects with him. Thank you!

Hi everyone i just wanted to share my experience with Montoya Roof Conversion, Juan and his crew are a very reliable people, very professional on what they're doing. One thing I'd like about Juan is that he's honest and you won't see him cutting corners, thank you Juan for the exelent work.

I had a Juan build a shed at my North Albuquerque Acres home. It looks great and he got built quickly. I didn't shop around too much based of the testimonial of another customer but I feel like it was priced well.

I had an off-grid shed installed. It has windows and skylights in it and it came out great! Covid cause a small delay, but nothing that I would dock on his review!

He was responsive, fair and listened! So important when you don’t know for SURE what you are doing!
