Stellar service. I forget what the guys name was but the first time we came here the service was second to none. At first I thought it was over exaggerated welcome/ reaction but every time we come in he’s full of energy and really helpful. It’s definitely genuine. Most vapes shops are intimidating and at times I feel inferior to the “vape pros” Came here and felt comfortable the second I walked in. I go here to re-up on vape supplies every other week with my co-workers. Great environment great service.

Place was clean and helpful. Barbie the girl that worked there was extremely helpful and should be considered an asset to the shop. I always love when there is a person like her at any place I shop, Amazon maybe cheaper but it can't get the product in your hand and you out the door with a smile on your face. I will be going there for my services juice and coils etc. I haven't had a cigarette in 2 hours... thank u emporium

This was the second stop of my day in search for a new vape. Once i arrived there i was introduced by two very nice people. he not only helped me step by step in picking out the best functioning vape mod that i needed but also helped me fit my price range i was looking for as well. Not only did i purchase a vape from him but i also got two separate juices that i fell in love with. One one a Horchata flavor and strawberry milkshake flavor as well. The best part was when i bought a battery it was dead so he actually gave me his very own battery while mine charged and said next time you come back bring it back and ill switch it out. Well i didn’t go back for about 2 weeks and when i did he not only remembered me but still gave me my brand new battery fully charged. If you are looking for anything vaping this is the place to go.

I had an excellent experience at ECig Emporium. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to answer my questions fully. They were very helpful and great to talk to. I would highly recommend ECig Emporium to anyone looking for a great vaping experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and I'll definitely be back again!

I just want to say that I didn’t go here often because there are so many options but I would stop in every now and then. Great selection for sure. Then one time I got a bad vape that was completely burnt from a brand I don’t normally buy. I brought it back around 24 hours later as we had went on a road trip right after leaving. I had not smoked any of it. The manager I think, a woman, allowed the associate to swap it out for a different brand. I was unsure if they would do this but knew it was worth a shot since I was being honest. Very pleased when they trusted me. I have not taken my business anywhere else since. Customer service is often lost in these times, I now trust this place with my business completely and am here 3-4 times a week. Good people.

Great customer service, unfortunately due to California vape flavor ban I can’t get vape flavor juice from them.
For years I went here and overall was happy with there customer service, they helped me out with many of my questions.

They still have vape mods and other smoking products (not vape).
I will still come to them for vape hardware.

Needed some juice, picked this place because it’s close to business area. A little hidden, but easy to find. The guys were very cool, they knew exactly what I wanted when I asked. They told me about promos they were having which was cool. I think I’ll be coming here as my brick and mortar store now cuz the people are cool and it’s very organized

I love this place, it is my go-to in Irvine for vape. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge selection at the usual prices. Please note that since the new dining plaza has been added to this complex, parking is nearly impossible. The local offices blockade their lots in the evening, so that may not be an option even if you are looking to run in and out.

So I bought a mod from here and it broke a week later (obviously not their fault) so I came back to return it. Not only were they super kind all around but they gave me multiple options instead of returning it, like definitely not necessary and out of their way. I've had a vaporizer die on my a few years back and the shop basically didn't want to help me at all and were super rude about the situation. Never went back.

I'm not from the area but if I ever come back around there that will be my shop. Not only that but I forgot my batteries when I left and they flagged me down AND gave me a case for them so I wouldn't accidently short them. Seriously, so incredibly nice. Rare you get that kind of treatment. Not sure if they are owners (you're doing great) or employees (give them a raise 😜) but either way they were great. Only oversight was they told me that vaporizer was a common one and shops would have the filters which definitely was not true, hah, because I called literally every shop on West side of LA and not a single one stocked it. But honestly that was just a small oversight, just check shops around you have that filter or just go online and order beforehand. Anyway, I would definitely recommend them to anyone ✌🏻

Great price, puff xtra is $20 or sometimes $18 but some other places sell it for 25. Also staffs are very nice too. Glad they keep such a competitive pricing in Irvine.

Very good vape shop definitely had a great line of products and juices! I enjoy the staff and friendly environment. Manager is very helpful and every person knows their stuff! the pricing is fair and reasonable they have an rewards program!

Just a overall friendly staff that I have got know which makes it a pleasant place to come in and get juices and mod products. Lots of selection and fair prices.

What a hidden gem! Stoked I stumbled upon this shop!

This shop is amazing! My girlfriend and I had an enjoyable afternoon hanging out with Renee and Matt as we tried a number of high end juices using tanks (Aspire Atlantis!) that are high enough quality to provide the true flavor of the juice, on a set up similar to the one I use on a daily basis.

Comprehensive stock of very high end juices, including famous vendors like Cosmic Fog, 5 Pawns, and dozens more. Their house juice is actually phenomenal, and straight competition for the best juices I've tasted from other high-end vendors (including the likes of Seduce Juice, Bombies, etc.). Wonderful selection of equipment too.

Perfect way to try before you buy, with a delightfully friendly and knowledgeable staff. After so many bad experiences in brick and mortar vape shops, this was a breath of fresh air. Or delicious vapor, I guess.

Hands down the best vape store NA. It starts with the excellent customer service, Barbie, Saif, and Matt are beyond knowledgeable with the most up to date flavors and gear. Always welcoming with a big smile, greeted by my name and they always remember the flavors that I like. It's a positive environment and that shows the great management. Always stocked up on the best juices, and most popular gear. If ever needed something out of stock the manager Barbie notates and orders it based on my request, like where else do you get this kind of top service. And to top everything off its a beautiful store, chill music and nice setting and great location, plenty of parking. Needless to say once you go to ecig emporium you never go back. If you vape you have to be here!
