I was really skeptical and cautious about ordering a vehicle on the internet, sight unseen, to ship from CA to MN. Internet sales are generally not trustworthy nor reliable. When I first found the exact car I had been searching for (a six speed manual Mini Cooper), I thought it was too good to be true. Bob called me directly and eased my fears and addressed my concerns. He was transparent, forthcoming, honest and definitely not a pushy sales guy. I bought the car, Bob helped arranged shipping and the transaction was flawless. Impressive is the word that comes to mind. Bob isn't the stereotypical car salesman. Not even close. He's an extremely cordial guy (but not the phony "I wanna sell you something" type) with a passion for cars. It's a small dealership. so when Bob adds inventory, he's very selective and you can bet it's quality. This isn't to say he's overpriced, either. I bought a 2016 Ford F 150 SuperCrew XLT with 26,000 miles, and he was well under TrueCar and CarGurus prices. No junk fees added, didn't even try. Base price, taxes and licensing. State required fees. That was it. Another reviewer mentioned it was the most stress-free car buying experience they'd ever had. I can confirm that. If all car dealers were like Bob, the reputation of the industry would immediately redeem itself. Oh, and ask him about the vintage Corvettes he has and he'll show and tell you pieces of history. A bonus treat.

I had a few different models I wanted to drive and decide between. So that meant going to a few different dealers. We went to 5 or so small dealers like this and a couple big ones. Most were pretty cool, ended up liking the car he had the best, and bought.
Bob was very friendly, and not like sales friendly, but like a family friend that's been around forever and you're excited when you see they're assigned to your same table at a wedding reception.
There was no pressure to buy and I test drove it one day, then when I went back a few days later since it was my favorite (didn't let him know of course), he encouraged me to take a much longer test drive, which was really how you should do it.
He owed me a spare key after I bought it, and you know how you get concerned if they'll follow through with something AFTER they get the sale, and sure enough, one day I get a package with my spare key, just like he promised.
Bottom line, Bob is an easy-going guy, and if he's got something you want to check out, go do it and feel good that he won't be pressure selling you.

Bob was super friendly and has nice looking vehicles. Seems to know his stuff and comes off trustworthy.

However, the carfax he showed us was clean, no accidents, and later when we ran the VIN with Autocheck, it showed an accident. He insisted there hadn’t been one when we told him over the phone. We didn’t check with carfax, so we can’t say for sure that his was false, but it’s definitely a red flag.
