We spent some quality time with Troy and Elizabeth. They are the nicest people and they have some wonderful pieces. We ended up with an antique pocket watch and a beautiful mother-of-pearl cameo. Just hanging out was so much fun -- buying made it even better.

Walked into Balboa Jewelry & Coin today just browsing with my gf and met Troy and Paula. They are some of the friendliest and most personable people that I've met in my years of coming to Balboa. Very knowledgeable and really great people to talk to. Purchased a beautiful Silver Eagle dollar and a Silver Certificate at a great price. I'll definitely be back.

What an incredible experience I had shopping and buying my mother's Birthday present from Troy and Paula. They have an amazing selection of estate jewelry and coins and are extremely knowledgeable.

Paula was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. There is literally something for everyone in this unique estate sale store. Lots of very cool jewelry, art and coins.

I waited 30 minutes for Troy to finish a large sale. I wanted to deal with Troy since I had previously discussed the item that I wanted to purchase with him. He very rudely turned from finishing the sale to taking a man that just walked in, in spite of Paula reminding him that I had been waiting. Rude and unprofessional. Really no stars.

Unfortunately, it looks like the coin shop was replaced by a bikini store. I wish I would have known this before wasting time and gas to get here. People should be responsible enough to update their listing. It's unfortunate some will have to take a loss at the expense of others.
