Marty was very helpful and answered all the questions I had about several projects including PVC pipe, which blade to use for cutting tile, and which drill bit to use for wood and plastic. Amy provided excellent customer service, checkout is quick. Even though it's further from Home Depot and Lowes, I will be returning in the near future. 10/10, highly recommend.

My first experience here was so great, Alan took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and Doug took care of me by letting me of the rewards program that could earn me rewards and help me with discounts for future purchases. Overall the customer service experience that I received from both employees was so genuine.

I always go to Ace Hardware to get new keys made. Their staff is very helpful. My last visit I was helped by Curtis, who went over and above expectations to greet customers and provide assistance.

Support your local hardware store. I've enjoyed the small town feel of Ace for 40 years -- in Mammoth Lakes and Big Bear Lake -- and now I am happy to see there's one in Newport. Top notch service. Plenty of goods. And yes they still even have plenty of hardware, unlike some larger "hardware" stores I know of.

Came into this Ace earlier today looking for plastic cutlery and a Swiffer cleaner, I was immediately greeted and assisted. I was in and out of the store in less than 3 min. I am impressed by the customer service here.

Went in to find duct tape, the greeter met me at the door, pointed me to the duct tape. In and out in 5 minutes. Great service and fast!

Tony went over and beyond the Call of Duty helping me with a problem. He actually fixed my lamp so I did not have to buy extra parts. He and everyone in the store is so friendly and will help you with anything you need. Always had a good experience At Ace Hardware Newport Beach

No cheap but a great location for the little things you need. If it wasn't for this place we would drive across town to the Homie Depot

Good variety of many categories of hardware and numerous household items. The staff is helpful. Don't expect rock-bottom prices but I am happy to pay for service in brick and mortar establishments. Support your local retailers.

Every time I go there, I'm greeted within the first 30 seconds I enter, even if the cashier is busy with a current customer 😊 Next, an associate approaches me to ask if I'd like some help in locating anything. The salespersons there have always offered to help me find the least expensive item to purchase, which I really appreciate. Also, I like the fact that Crown Ace Hardware donates to various non-profit organizations each month. When purchasing an item you're given the opportunity to round up the final purchase, and then each month they'll donate that round up amount to charities in the community ❤

Great hardware store that’s always stocked with everything you need. Staff is generally pretty helpful depending on who you get, attentive and know their stuff for the most part. Wide selection of everything you need for repairs, maintenance, cleaning supplies, solid paint department, killer BBQ section up front and just what a hardware store is supposed to be. Stellar place.

Very well run store. Needed a water supply line for a dishwasher install. Checked online. Ace had it in stock. I didn't have to drive around and search for it. Purchased it. They e mailed me . I picked it up. Got back to the job site before the plumber left. He installed it.
