They open at 9:00 am on weekends. Our flight got in before 9:00 on a Saturday so had I noticed that detail I would've booked with another company that had shuttles prepared or might've been on site.

Confirmation email provides 2 numbers. The first one was to another company. Second number was to their business.

Not far from airport so they got there pretty quickly after we called them. Great service. Car was a little musty. I think you're not allowed to smoke in the cars, but I think the previous customer did. I would definitely rent through them again. Super convenient.

INCREDIBLE! At first, I thought SNA Rental was too good to be true! The cost was about half of the big boys so I was certain when I arrived they would tell me the car wasn’t available, or they’d try to up charge me, or the car would be an embarrassment to drive. Quite the opposite! It’s the BEST car rental experience I’ve ever had. They picked me up at the airport in 5-7 minutes just like they said they would. All personnel were very friendly and respectful. They had me on the road in two minutes—and the car was better than some I’ve rented with other mainstream rental companies.

SNA Auto Rental is the only car rental company at John Wayne airport you should use … and you’ll be supporting a small local business.

I've noticed the few reviews that are not 5 stars were posted by "Local Guides" and one in particular posted by Dave Capkovitz mentions "garage" and "fast-pass" making me think he selected this car rental company by mistake: it's a small business with no garage or fast-pass or (at least not that I experienced).

Excellent service, fast pick up at the airport, quick check out. The car was ready and waiting, they put our luggage straight from the shuttle van into the rental. Car was clean and comfortable. Will always rent from them when in the area.

Just returned the kia soul to SNA with my kids. The people there were very accommodating and punctual. They picked us up from the airport and gave us a clean, well-maintained vehicle. I have been visiting family in Orange County for over 10 years now almost always flying into and renting a car from the same company at SNA. I decided to give SNA Auto a try after they were recommended by my credit card. I really liked being able to support a local business and plan to always check here first. Just returned a rental to SNA and had a FANTASTIC experience! After some miscommunications with a different rental company I’d reserved a car with I instead ended up at SNA and let me tell you the customer service was so great, process was smooth and car itself was nice too. I rented a car from SNA Auto Rental for 6 days in the middle of March. The car was very clean, the rates were good and they returned my deposit very quickly. My flight left at 6:45 AM so I was able to get a Lyft ride at 5:30 AM for only $10. For the amount I paid for the rental this was a very pleasant experience I will definitely rent a car again from SNA Auto Rental.

Awesome experience - very efficient and streamlined. They picked me up as soon as I landed, got me a clean car as soon as I got to the agency (less than 5 mins away from SNA), and dropped me off once I returned it. Competitive rates - even better than the "big brand" agencies. Great service - will definitely use again next time I'm in OC.

Doug really helped us out. He picked us up from the airport to the shop located just 5 minutes away. This is a great alternative! Also car are in good condition and I recommend the Jeep.

If I fly into SNA need a car rental, I will definitely get it from this company again. I initially had a reservation for another big name company but when I went to get my car, I was told there were no cars available. My options were to go to other big rental places and wait or I could try this company because they had cars available. I opted for SNA and I'm glad I did. Their service was top notch from picking us up at the airport, the friendly agents, and no pressure transaction. It was the smoothest rental I've ever gotten. I cannot recommend SNA Auto Rental enough.

Never heard of this company before, but the prices were good enough to try it, and I'm so glad I did! The car was exactly what I requested, and was clean and low mileage. Even better than that is the service: pick up and drop off from the airport was very prompt, and the counter staff were knowledgeable and pleasant, on pick up, drop off and when I called them. Will definitely use again on my next trip.

Our first time renting from a family-owned rental agency and we couldn't have had a better experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, the airport pickup and dropoff were easy, and the rate couldn't be beat. Highly recommend to anyone renting a car around SNA!
