7-Eleven

Based off all the low reviews for this location, I think people need to lower their expectations for a 7-Eleven. I went to buy a soda and a snack, and they had my soda and a snack - that's all I'm hoping for at a convenience store. The cashier promptly rang me up. Everything went as expected.

Decent place. The overnight guy is a bit out of it though. Not very communicative and it took him a good 10 minutes to help us at the counter.

I do not have nothing bad to say about 7-Eleven, the employees are always professionals and helpful.

Good location to grab anything quick. Friendly staff.

They removed ATM Machines of CitiBank, which made me really sad. Now gotta drive to a local branch.

Amazing store

7 11 can be found on every other block SO why they allow themselves to treat customer like they do is beyond me. Usually they are OK, but last time here was not pleasant.

Poor customer service and charging higher price for cofffes. Saying they are same price? Like I don't know?

I intended to purchase a Monster energy drink and three taquitos. However, upon reaching the cashier, I encountered a rather unpleasant attitude from the staff. When I mentioned that I wasn't certain which taquitos I had chosen, the cashier responded with a rude tone under his breath. Despite pointing out the advertised special priced at $4, he dismissively insisted on the higher total of around $10 and questioned whether I wanted to proceed with the purchase. Disappointed by the service, I opted not to make any purchases and instead went to an AMPM store. The behavior exhibited by the cashier was extremely discourteous, and I have no intention of returning to this particular location. I reported this issue to Corporate.

Worker at 7pm was extremely rude and disrespectful, I live around the corner and I will never be back here again because of his attitude . Thanks to that guy . 7pm Monday

Idiotic sales person - can not sell or count at all. Does not listen and refused to reverse the charges.

I went in this morning with my own coffee mug, offered to pay for the largest cup which was bigger than my mug and was told I can't fill my mug...I have to fill their cup, take it outside and pour into my coffee mug. Waste of time and a cup!! Company policy or not, you want one more cup in landfills because of company policy, I won't go to that location ever again!!

I have reviewed alot of places in my day. This honestly doesn't deserve a review. It's pretty bad, and in other bad neighborhood's the service is better. Don't need to talk about my experience here. The star speaks for itself
