They were able to see my fur baby the same day I had recovered him after being lost for 62 days. They are extremely friendly and very professional, and he is on his way to perfect health thanks to them.

Kindest vet and staff I have ever encountered so far. They also understand whenever I feel anxious about my dogs. It is comforting.

Love love love the service!!!❣The young lady that helped me with my little dog, Apple, was a huge help!!✨Super nice and went out of her way to write up a vaccine certificate even though my dog isn’t a puppy anymore.🤩You can tell she loves what she does and I greatly appreciate her help. Give that girl a raise!!! She also gave Apple an apple plushie! 😭💖 Dr. B was very knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about. Very amicable! Safe to say I found my dogge’s permanent veterinary clinic. 🐶❤

My doggy was really sick. I thought we would lose him. Of course he got I'll when money was tight. The vet worked with me and provided essential services and filled prescriptions I could afford. We have a long road ahead but finster is eating well, playing with toys and his cough is gone. I couldn't be more grateful.

Great Vet and great staff :D I've never had a problem with anything at this vet and they are very swift with what they do. My dog was not happy to go to the vet because she gets scared but they made sure we were in and out within 15 minutes :D ( to the girl who helped me calm down my dog in the room I appreciate you <3 )10/10

We’re pregnant!! This place is amazing! I went in for an X-ray 11days ago and was heart broken by being told that my dog was not pregnant. The doctors decided to have me come back for a second X-ray at no cost and this is what we saw! Highly recommend this place!

Dr Kim and his staff are AMAZING!

My puppy had a vaccine reaction and our usual vet had just closed. They were very helpful starting from the phone call we made, took us in last minute and were very kind. The doctor and staff took the time to explain the treatment plan and answer our questions. They are also a very affordable clinic, which helped since we had just had a vet visit earlier that day. Overall, great experience and considering switching vets very strongly! Thank you to Dr. Kim and his staff!

Friendly staff and very affordable no hidden fees or try and charge you a “check up fee” like many other places. They went straight to what I needed only paid $160 and they are allowing me to come back for a free check up! Highly recommend definitely will be coming back!

Literally were so generous and caring from the start. It was my puppies first vet appointment and they made sure to make him feel comfortable, he didn't even cry. Once you step inside you see "lost dog" posters and also information about our pals. They respect families who are losing their companions by lighting up a candle in the waiting room. They're quick and make sure it's over in 20mins.

Great customer service at the front office with the receptionist low prices & great vets Recommended it & my friend now takes her Yorke to this Veterinary.

So grateful for this place. Other places charge ridiculous prices or have "low" prices, but make you wait 2-4hrs. Haven't been since before covid started, but I don't recall ever waiting more than 20mins here.

Staff is great and helpful, the vet is kind and genuinely cares about animals.

Affordable, timely, they respect appointment times for busy people, good front office customer service, and open on Saturdays. Recommend to friends and family.

The Bristol Memory clinic is honest and caring. No up-. sell of services. Just good knowledgeable vets. I would definitely take a pet there. The other clinic's will sell you services( like $1700 dental work) even when there is no hope of recovery (end of life ) for your beloved 14 yr. cat.

I love the service and vet! I've tried several other pet clinics but this has been my favorite so far. The staff even remembers my cat and I weeks after our visit!

My dog bella has been coming here for almost 6yrs and theyre soo great at following up and keeping you updated with ur pets vaccines and appts! Strongly recommend!! Love this Dr!!
