CVS

John (customer service) was patient and very helpful today! Made my moms and my shopping experience easy!

So I just called the store and the woman I talked to was extremely friendly and receptive. I have worked at CVS for awhile now and I think customer service is one of the hardest jobs out there. I don't know everyone's individual experiences so I can't attest to that. What I can say is a reviewer just bragged about taking time to brag about coming into a pharmacy and yell at the staff. Someone else posted the store hours which clearly states the pharmacy hours are until 9 pm and weekends until 6 pm. I don't work here and never have, but the people who work in these stores are human beings usually doing the best they can. We are all human beings. Let's treat people how we want to be treated. I know it's hard with copays and insurance issues, but it's important to work as a team and do our best. We are all people. I just have to say that. I had a great experience. Thank you for your time. 😊

Their customer service is always the best. Super kind employees and cheerful. Brianna was very helpful when I came in last week.

Just to shop there cvs in Manhattan beach ca and I don't used the cvs in Santa ana I not irene and you keep calling the wrong person my name is amy Barraza not irene.

Everything was ok, early in the morning, not busy. Good pharmacy.

One cashier was pretty rude, but overall everything was good, they have good stuff,good deals,good prices.I would say it's a good place though!
