This review is long overdue, but thank you so much to the South Coast Jeweler team for helping my husband and I the perfect rings for our engagement and wedding! We stopped by randomly while we were in town one afternoon last August and Tom was there to help us with everything. That was the first time we ever went ring shopping and Tom was super knowledgeable and hilarious! We went to a couple of other places after and they confirmed everything that Tom recommended about sizing, settings, etc. I absolutely love my engagement ring and we went back here to get our wedding bands as well. Jenny was also super helpful and patient since I was very indecisive. We ended up planning a wedding pretty last minute, but South Coast Jeweler was able to get my wedding band done with plenty of time to spare. Anytime we are in town, we stop by for a cleaning and my rings are always so clean and sparkly each time. I feel so bad I forgot the other gentleman's name at the store, but he is so kind and helpful each time as well!

They had a wonderful selection of wedding and engagement rings. We found exactly what we wanted and were given a date of when it would be made and ready to be picked up. This was during the holidays, between Thanksgiving and Christmas, a busy time. I asked if they could rush it so I could have the ring to propose during our Hawaiian vacation. They were magnificent and delivered it early. I highly recommend South Coast Jewelers.

I came in on a Saturday... I talked to Steven told him exactly what I wanted... and he called me on Tuesday to tell me my chain was ready. Amazing deal. Great customer service... never felt pressed. I already am a returning customer and I will continue to be a returning customer... thank you again for making my Christmas shine!

Buying diamonds is not something most people do often or know a lot about and there is generally a concern of where to go and how to know what is good

My expierence here was amazing start to finish. Working with Karen she was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, easy going, honest and provided some details we did not know that allowed us to make the perfect ring choice for us.

Regarding the diamond, Tom the owner, was about as honest, knowledgeable, easy going, no pressure and up front as possible could be. He gave me an amazing deal, helped me pick a better stone type and characteristics, and overall was well beyond what I could have hoped for let alone expected when shopping for a diamond. Never felt any pressure and only expierenced feeling of 100% honestly and openness.

I will never shop anywhere else, I am a customer for life.

Bought an engagement ring and wedding bands here. The staff was very friendly and really worked with me on finding the exact ring shape, size, color, and clarity I wanted. Highly recommend.

My fiance and I had the best experience there picking out our wedding bands. Courtney was so helpful and patient. Everyone there is just so wonderful to work with and made our ring search easy. I love this place and cannot stop singing their praises.

So I just want everyone to know this place is awesome the staff is awesome their selections are great I am just amazed what this company can do I can personally tell you that I've gone to five other Jewelers and no one was very straightforward honest and to the point of what I wanted there was no fluff there was no conversation where I felt that they didn't know what they were talking about as well as they didn't try to upsell me more than what I needed to they kept me within a budget that I needed to be and they were absolutely amazing I want to give a special reference and thank you to Karen and Jenny as well as Miss Courtney these three made everything happen for me the more the fact the company itself was just amazing I think everyone for their time and I really do recommend this company this Jeweler absolutely amazing job I just want to let you guys know whoever is reading this and can benefit from reading Jenny and Karen went above and beyond for me and really made my very nervous and special day of asking my girlfriend to be my fiance to marry me that much easier they took on the huge load of my purchase order and they completed it please understand this is a company that I definitely would love to come back to for my wedding bands and any other jewelry that I can highly recommend this company I am without words of how amazed how professional how altamed Lee they treat you as if you are the most important client that they will ever have I am completely blessed to have Founders jewelry company that made everything that much easier and I did go to Robbins Brothers and I did go to Jared's and I did go to the Tustin company I did go through a private dealer I did go online no one was as honest very straight with me in South Coast Jewelers I thank each and every one of their staff

Great selection with reasonable price and most of all the service is unmatched.

Nice and friendly

Great selection and really great service. They didn't have what I was looking for in a ring that was a little more unique but their service was amazing. The owner was very kind. Even though we ultimately didn't go with him we think he was by far one of the best jewelry store experiences and almost everything was available in 18K Gold which was what I was looking for.

Like the selection

I didn't have a great experience here. They charged me almost $500 to resize 3 rings - and they still don't fit well! They had a very haughty attitude with me and seemed annoyed when I asked for the ring to be sized again. They did adjust it, but it really still doesn't fit well.
