This is my second time working with the Ryan Grant Team. They were recommended highly by my realtor and I can see why. My husband and I were ready to upgrade from a one-bedroom condo into either a larger condo, or townhome. I have been trying to refinance my home since Feb 2017 and after working with two banks with no success I decided to give Ryan Grant a call based on all the positive reviews I’ve read. From the very beginning, Ryan and his team made me feel that they would do their very best to ensure there was constant communication and transparency. Something that I definitely didn’t find working with 2 other federally funded financial institutions.

After diligently working with Ryan and Darcy to get all the papers processed, there was never a question on the status of my loan. They informed me every step of the way with emails, phone calls and educational videos on where my paperwork was, who was reviewing it and when I would be hearing back from them on an update. Ryan Grant has a great support team and they were all very professional and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable or questioned my decision on choosing to work with them. Ryan found me the best rate and I couldn’t be happier.

My wife and I initially met with another Mortgage lender, but we were new to this so we read everywhere online that said to meet with multiple lenders before settling on one. So we scheduled a few appointments. Angilla reached out initially and we had a great initial conversation about what we were trying to do. We then decided to go down to Irvine to meet with Ryan we scheduled for a couple weeks later and were ready to get the appointments underway. Things progressed rather quickly, and we ended up offering on a house, because we felt it was the one for us, we went into escrow with the first lender and ended up keeping the appointment with Ryan (happened to be the same day escrow opened) because we just needed a second opinion and we also felt bad to cancel the day of the appointment. Let's just say after the first few moments of meeting with Ryan, we knew that he knew what he was doing, we felt comfortable and we flat out told him in full disclosure that we were in escrow, but that we didn't want to cancel the meeting, I was half expecting him to say "OK thanks for coming down we wish you luck"...but he just smiled and said "is there a chance that I can earn your business today anyway?" Being first time home owners we didn't know how it all worked out, but we listed to his presentation, something resonated very personally with us, we felt very comfortable and felt as if he had capable hands to guide us through not only this mortgage, but possibly future ones. He took the time to listen to our situation and even recommended things that we never knew we could do, or things that might possibly assist us in the future. Fast forward to the escrow process, we ended up backing out of the first home, to no fault of Ryan's team, but to the fact that we were contingent on seller finding replacement property. We ended up getting another home closed in 15 days! Ryan and his team were flawless and they provided us with guidance every step of the way. He even would take the time to respond to late emails, and even had his team help when we needed something on a Sunday. The whole experience was great, and we could write so many more words to thank him and his team. I trust I am well taken care of by The Ryan Grant Team and I hope you too can be like us and others of his satisfied clients (by the way did I mention he even offered for us to reach out to some of his existing clients to get their personal testimonials?!). The Ryan Grant team did my refinance they are one of the most professional teams that I've worked with when doing a mortgage. The Ryan Grant Team is awesome. My husband and I worked with Byron and Darlene to get the mortgage for our first house.

They were always professional, personable, and understanding! And FAST, Byron worked on a Sunday to get us our pre-approval letter so we could start putting in an offer to get our dream home when our credit union took several weeks.

On top of that, there were multiple nights where they would stay late (8 to 9 at night) to meet with us since our schedules were hard to work around. Very impressed and very glad we went with them!
