Mariners Medical Plaza

I love the location and convenience of this facility, however, I use a walker and am unable to use stairs. I have been to the building several times over the last few months, and every time I have been here the elevator (only one) is out of order. It seems inappropriate for a medical building to have a non-operational elevator. There is a handicap accessible ramp, however it is up a steep incline, through the parking lot, and on a far end of the building. The incline on the ramp itself is so steep it is difficult to navigate with either a walker or a wheelchair both going up and coming down. I really don't think that it would be safe for a wheelchair going down the upper portion of the ramp.
