This guy is legit highly recommend coming here. Took my galaxy to get fixed only to have it work better than before! Have gone to mall kiosks, and other stores just to be charged at least 5% more. Worth it***

Came in to get my phone’s broken screen replaced. Was good for a day and turned out the part may have been faulty. The gentleman was quick and responsive to addressing the issue and fixed it! Was in and out within the hour

Great prices and fast. I needed my lightning port replaced on my iPhone 8+ because it was loose and no longer charging. I went to Asurion/uBreakiFix about a block down the street because they were they only 3rd-party repair store I knew about, though I'd never used them before either; I'd only been to them for an estimate/diagnosis at their Lake Forest location, but ended up upgrading my phone instead of fixing it. Booked an appointment online and showed up at Asurion, come to find out they didn't have the parts. The guys there suggested I try CellSpot since it was nearby, or come back a different day where it would be $90-something parts and labor. They said it was a 3-4 hour job because they basically have to take everything apart. Went to CellSpot, they only charged me around $55 parts and labor, tax included, and finished the job in less than 2 hours. Are the parts at Asurion higher quality or something? Idk, seems like they were just overcharging for labor. Only time will tell if the repair will hold up, but for now I'm very satisfied and I'm so glad that they didn't have the parts for me at Asurion and I came here to CellSpot instead, otherwise I'd been ripped off.

My toddler accidentally dropped my iPhone 11 straight on the concrete floor and the glass screen was shattered to tiny little pieces. I brought my phone to get it repaired if possible. The nice guy behind the counter welcomed me to the store and assured me that the repair is possible. I went shopping at the nearby Target store and within an hour my phone was ready to pick up! He charged me a very reasonable price for removing and installing a new screen face on my phone. I was super happy with the service and totally recommend this place.

I am really happy that I found this place. I dropped my phone on the floor and it stopped working, so I start panicking and looking desperately to find a good place to take my phone in the area since I had valuable Information on my phone. After tons of research and recommendations I found this place so I took my phone here. They fixed my phone and got my phone up and running again. I love this place. They get your devices fixed in minutes. The young lady that is sometimes behind the desk is so likeable and helpful. I live 14 miles from this spot but I always drive the distance to fix my devices.

Shawn was a huge help with my phone. I have an HTC M8 and they have notorious charging issues. After my repair it worked great but after a few months it started acting up again. I brought it back and he fixed the SAME DAY, free of charge, no questions asked. They definitely have a loyal customer with me.

Wonderful service! Tj was excellent- the screen on my iPhone 6 was completely shattered and in just 30 minutes they had my phone ready and looking brand new. Definitely will be doing business with them in the future. Tj also offered a tempered glass screen protector to prevent any future scratches or cracks. Called and asked if they would be able to replace the usb port on a lg v60 that was going out. I bought the replacement part before hand online. Needless to say they did an amazing job. Quick and at reasonable prices,Would recommend again.

I brought in an Iphone 8+ with a cracked back case that I tried to self repair (THAT WAS THE DAY I LEARNED TO LEAVE IPHONE REPAIRS TO THE PROFESSIONALS).. The damage that I caused went beyond just the back case and additional parts were needed that were very hard to come by. They immediately picked up their phones and began finding the parts required for my repair. I have never seen this level of customer care. Before I knew It, I received my phone the same day in factory new condition. Their customer care doesn't stop there, I was then asked to test the phone out to make sure everything works just as it's supposed to.
