Best Starbucks in Orange Ca! Kat and Jessica are so kind, cheerful and helpful. Every time I’m in town on business I make sure to start my day with Kat and Jessica.
The store is easy to access and well laid out.
My Pikes Place Red Eye is an essential start to my day.
They get your order processed and ready for pick up swiftly.
The shop has plenty of seating and has a cozy atmosphere. No drive through.
Sure you have to walk some to get in, but hey, you get your steps in.
I’ll be back again and again.
Highly recommended.

Went about noon. Barista gets the 5 stars. The cashier was polite. Dining room could be cleaner but I understand since they seem to be busy most of the time. Batista added sugar into my drink upon request even after I had been presented with my order and with a smile, the drink was fabulous but her actions spoke loud.

This Starbucks makes the best drink based on my experiences. Not only they have the best cold brew, but also the best customer service! Other Starbucks often give me a hard time when I try to order an iced brewed tea, but not them. The drinks also always come out great even when they’re busy.

It has the Nitro brews. That's all you need to know. And the place is very clean.

Love how nice it is lots of sitting and it is cozy the employees are very polite and good with my kids when they come. Would prefer this one over some others. They have messed up my order but were very fast to apologize and fix it. The employee even said I can take my tip back. I didn't as they fixed the drink and that is all I wanted. Service was great.

The team working this morning Jennifer, Drew, Alex are amazing!! They greet you with their angelic faces and smiles . I enjoy getting my coffee here every morning just because of their customer service. I have never seen such humble, gorgeous human beings. They even go above and beyond to fix a mistake done by another Starbucks. (More Starbucks should have employs like this) ❤❤🙌

Friendly staff. Spacious, plenty of tables/seats, no lounging furniture. Clean bathrooms.

Maria is the best. She was so kind and patient. The line was out the door but she still took her time to ask us how our day was. Not only that but joked with us and made it a great experience. Drinks were great too.

I went into Starbucks and I did not know what to order so I asked the cashier what her recommendations are. And I loved the drink. It was peach something. But it tasted to good. And the people were really nice. I want to go their again. Next time I go shopping with my friends.

Great for when you want that Starbucks fix and are running errands at the mall or watching a movie.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the price, you're at a Starbucks, it's going to be pricey the name comes with a price, duh.
The employees are super friendly, sure at times it gets packed and they can't always make that connection but I don't believe I've ever gotten a bad vibe from any of them, one time when I received the wrong items I was able to keep them as well as take the ones I asked for when they fixed the issue.
If you want Starbucks for the theater ask for a brown paper bag to sneak in! 😉

Jenny is the BEST employee at this Starbucks! She did what she could on her part to make sure I was able to finally obtain mermaid reusable cups when she did not have to. That’s the best costumer service I have ever received from all other 30 Starbucks locations I had called.

Very clean and efficient operation. The lines aren't too long and the drinks come out rarely quick. There seems to be enough seating and the atmosphere is okay -- music and some activity.

This is the best Starbucks in Orange County! It can be crazy busy at times and take a while to get your drinks, but the staff is SO courteous and warm! Especially Kamea, Brody, and Kevin! Absolute best experience I've ever had at a Starbucks!

Service was great, nice big smiles from Rebekha, but outside needs a lot of work. Was very dirty compared to all the other Starbucks around OC. People needs to help too and take pride, but definetely needs improvement outside.

Scarlett was a super fast and friendly barista, she made our drinks fast and delicious!! Shes the best!! Sammy also was very friendly when I was ordering, she helped us by recommending her favorite drinks.

I work in the mall. Went in before work, got a hot coffee and a wrap, had 0 time to eat my wrap or drink my coffee at work(I work at gamestop and we we're super busy). I called them after work to see what the best way to heat up my wrap was. They told me to come in and they'd make me a new drink and toast my wrap since I never got to drink any of my coffee and eat anything. It made my night.
