Megan was friendly, knowledgeable and so sweet! She was so considerate in guiding me through current sales and was able to help me find the perfect shorts for me! She deserves a raise or promotion!

Let me just say THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!! I forgot her name but she was out front, Yasmine I think but anyway. She is absolutely the kindest. Another employee shoutout is Charlie. I wanted to almost cry. There was a women struggling to find jeans because of her body size and he made her feel so valid. Saying how she is beautiful and how the size doesn’t define her. My jaw dropped it was amazing. The employees were so kind and the store was very clean.

I wanted a new pair of joggers for lounging around the house and I found an awesome pair I loved at American Eagle. It has been awhile since I bought anything from AE but I had good luck from the moment I walked into the store. Everything was neat and tidy and I found 3 separate styles I liked within minutes of walking in. The cashier was even able to find my old AE Rewards card that I had set up at least 7 years ago by looking up my phone number – I couldn’t believe they still had me on file!

Really friendly associate greeted me outside to ask if I was picking up an online order. I was. She confirmed and had it brought out to me right away. Did not have to go inside.
