Nice store. Gents upstairs - where there is also a customisation service. Good sized stores and deals to be had.

I accidentally left a review of 1 when I checked out at this store. I was trying to leave a review of 10. The staff here was great! They were super attentive and helped me find the sizes I needed. I wish more stores had customer service like this one ! All the girls were amazing . Louise especially was super professional and patient helping me find what works for me as shopping for jeans isn’t easy being as short as I am. Thank you for your kindness and patience !

Great selection, clothing and Dominic was very helpful. Everyone’s very knowledgeable there. She made a return an order really quick and easy.

BEST Customer Service! My daughter's girlfriend purchased some items at the Las Vegas outlet on a recent trip and when we got home she realized that one item was missing. Not really a big deal overall, however the Las Vegas store had a promotion of buy 2 get 2 free, and the store only rang up 3 of the 4 items. We called the Orange Outlet store and spoke with Brad who told us to bring it in so they could make sure she got her free item. (even though the Orange store did not currently have the same promo. We drove to the store and the sales representative was aware of the situation, completed the transaction and with product exchanges my daughter's girlfriend received $10 back plus the additional free item. I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency, communication and support. Thank you Levi's!

I love how I was a veteran and I received a great discount on the purchases I've shopped for! Excellent choices for a gear! I will shop there next month as I have been going there for 2 months straight now.

You know what I think of when it think of Outlet? Tourists. Take that how you will, but you simply can't escape them. I guess I liken them as a separate type of shopper in that just because I live near many Outlets doesn't mean I change my shopping habits when I come here. Tourists on the other hand are on vacation, stocking up because their local selection isn't as varied and usually the prices are better.

Orange isn't known as an outlet mall of sorts, but a true American legend like Levi's draws a curious crowd looking for and expecting the quality we've all come to know and love.

Lets talk fit. What happened to the 501 shrink to fit, 504 and 505 that fit me so well, now everything is skinny or slim or straight and doesn't fit an athletic thigh or calf. The modern man doesn't have to look good in so little clothing and I hate sizing up.

It's small for a company of this size, popularity and the variety isn't there, but you can get good deals with coupons. Service is excellent and they really know what they are talking about. I was able to speak with Ivan about my experiences at their dry goods and he gave me the most interesting tip in that based on my dimensions I cannot fit certain cuts, but I knew that, but to give me a list was above and beyond. It was as if he memorized the dimensions of each cut. He suggested size up and alter down the waist, but also get a longer inseam as it will give me a hair more room. No I buy 34 waist and 32-24 inseam and alter it down.

Great variety and may I add I see on some reviews "they overcharged me" how about check your receipt before leaving -.- also their deals on jeans are better than other stores like jc penny and Macy's or whatever yall just to dumb to realize it

I totally fell in love with this store yesterday. I wish I would have asked the girls names that assisted me with my first Levi's purchase. It truly felt effortless and flawless. Their customer service with excellent they went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this store because I know I will be back soon.

The deals here are pretty good. I got a Levi's hat for about $5 when it normally cost around $25.

I'd check this place out and see what they have. You kinda have to go up though because the prices aren't necessarily readily available.

I found the best deals and bargains on the Levi's jacket and jeans I was looking for in my trip to California here. Got almost 50% off its prices. The staff here were helpful and efficient and helped me find the right style I wanted and even directed me to some other discounted Levi's apparel.
