The rental experience was excellent. The mini van which we reserved was available at pickup time. The stuff was helpful and friendly. The mini van was clean and in good shape.

The line is getting long, on both checking out and returning the car. But the staffs were efficient and well-mannered. The car was bit old and aged, though well maintained.

The customer service that your associate named Brady gave was as good as it gets.i will definitely be renting a car from Enterprise again.

Although this location is a bit janky (tucked inside a Nissan sales lot), the staff are quick and efficient when getting you on the road ASAP! The manager, Shannon, processed my reservation, toured the car letting me know how it operated, made sure the SIRIUS-XM was working, and sent me on my way in confidence. I'm glad she gently suggested the insurance package - the one EVERYONE SAYS NOT TO BUY.... - however the vehicle's windshield was hit by a rock during my travels. The ding was spiderwebbing terribly by the time I got back to the Tustin Autocenter location. Because I made the right decision to buy the insurance, I walked away without having to get my insurance involved and the hassles thereof. In my view, this was $$ well spent.

Top tier service, clean vehicles, low pressure sales, and great follow through is what you get at this location and it's staff. An A+ experience.

This is a really good place to rent a car. It is conveniently located. People working there were professional, friendly and helpful. They have good car selections. This will become my go-to place for my car rental from now on.

The location in the Tustin Auto Center is waaaay too small. In fact, you have to drive over a red curb just to enter … and there is only one way in and out. Need a larger place asap.

I am a long term Enterprise customer because they never fail to surprise me. Megan is helping me twice in a row and it is a pleasure experience. I am a tough customer sometimes but Megan is so patient to help me get the vehicle I want. I was asking a midsize v6 suv, and Megan landed me a Brand new 2020 Ford Expedition Limited max with ONLY 12 miles on it at super low price. I got knocked out completely, thanks to Megan and Enterprise. Two thumbs up!

I am normally hesitant on rental cars but, renting from Enterprise is so easy and quick now. Abraham and his associates made sure that car was squeaky clean, and I felt like royalty for once in my life. Lol.

Everything went smoothly, from check in to check out to return was great. Staff (especially Robert/RJ) was thorough and friendly.

Enterprise is the best and most consistently excellent car rental agency in the industry. Customer service is excellent, their employees are friendly and helpful. Rates were very reasonable for an insurance claim rental. I’ll NEVER rent anywhere else.

Great experience in renting a Toyota Highlander. Easy online booking system and pick-up was painless and quick. Location is incredibly convenient as well. The car drove amazing and was comfortable. Only con was that it was a bit dirtier than I expected.

Tyler was awesome in helping out with parking my personal car in their employee lot. Made things very convenient and didn't have to spend money on uber/lyft. He also stayed behind after hours to help us return our vehicle. Give this man a raise!

Robert was simply amazing, very professional and supportive. He helped me along the rental process coordinating with the insurance company directly. Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the auto center in Tustin has always been very friendly, helpful and quick to get you going and quick for returns. The staff always has a smile on their faces and holds their own even when face with challenges. This is one of my favorite Enterprise that I go to.

I needed a vehicle after mine broke down. Enterprise made it easy and fast to rent a vehicle. The vehicle I received for use was excellent. Check in at the end of the rental time was also easy.
