Had been looking all over for the right pair of dress comfortable shoes. Dont like when they are to pointy or thin in the heel. Luckily went in to Clarks found the right pair of shoes that wouldn't hurt my feet. They're so cushioned and flexible.

Great Customer Service! I want to mention Aselin who helped me with exchanging a footwear which I bought it from an outlet. Rather sending me back to the outlet, she had it exchanged right there without any issues. She went beyond to assist me. its just not the brand but also such a customer service makes brand look good. Keep it up!!

Boyfriend got some shoes for xmas that did not work out. We called ahead to see if we could exchange them in store rather than a mail return. Wayne was super helpful and kind on the phone and in store. Both other salespeople in the store were also great. The sale they had going on was amazing (half off almost everything). Thank you for all your help!

After looking at all the men's shoes I almost left when the sales person asked me a few questions and she informed me of their sale offer her name is Karine. I showed her the pair I already had she helped me make a decision on the new pair I needed. Great selections and service.

Clark's shoes are a high quality product at a reasonable price and I am impressed with the business overall which is rare for me to say because I'm very anti-corporate. Lisa and Steven were both kind, professional, and knowledgeable...also rare these days. I'll be back to Clark's and tell my friends. (real customer, not a fake paid review)
