I always had the best experience with this place. Ever since my first quartz watch, Anthony was always in this Cypress community helping me with the watch/jewelry stuff. This past week, I got my new luxury watches, and he helped me to authenticate and resize them no problem. He educated me on how to take care of them, along with the watch winder recommendation. Anthony always goes above and beyond with his friendliness, and he is indeed a big part of this community. If you ever need anything with watch repair, overhaul, battery replacement, and resizing, he is the best guy to go to. Do not hesitate to text/call him as he will tell you the best time to come in. Great experience! My fiance's ring now looks amazing and is a perfect fit after we had it resized by Anthony, and we had to wait less than a week for it! Definitely coming back for other jewelry and watch related stuff!

I loved the rings my fiance had bought me, but within a year, one of the stones had fallen out and the bands were tarnished. I wanted to wear my rings as quickly as possible and took the ring to Raymond's Jewelers for fixing. The owner was very thorough about the work that needed to be done and gave us multiple price points ranging from budget fixes to a completely redone ring. We went with the budget option and within a week and a half, I had my ring. The rings look brand new (even better than the first time I wore them) and the craftsmanship is beautiful. We will most likely come back to do more upgrades when our budget allows for it, but for what we paid, I absolutely love it. Thank you, Raymond, for all of your hard work!

Anthony is absolutely Amazing! He has quickly become mine and my husbands go to jeweler/watch repair guy since we found him. I have taken all watches to be resized to him for quick and easy service. And just recently decided to get my wedding rings sized up, one needed to go up a half size, and the other needed to go up a full size and half. On top of sizing them he cleaned them and they are sparkling like new again!! His work is exquisite!!! And now my rings fit Perfectly!!!

Came in to have 2 batteries replaced in 2 of my watches. Great, honest guy and told me one of the watches I brought in had actually nearly doubled in price! Had a nice chat with Raymond while he worked on both my watches and adjusted dates and times for me. Would recommend!

Great customer service! I came in to fix the crown for a watch and he gave me a discount & free battery replacement. All and all I would come back for the service, he really goes above and beyond.

I took my broken automatic watch to a couple of my local watch repair shops. One by one, they all turned me down, stating the watch was unfixable, and that the parts required were impossible to source.

Despite this, Anthony agreed to fix my watch. He sourced the impossible gears and he got my watch running again! Thanks again Anthony!

Came to this shop looking for options to replace a leather watch band for my father in law and was essentially unaware of options. Anthony was so kind in explaining options and told me that he believed he had something in stock that could work for us. So we came back an hour later and he had found a perfect band that was big enough and complemented the old watch very well.
