I lived @,,the property well over 11years and ,the area is nice.If I had any maintenance issues ,they were there Johnny on the Spot. I :be seen them come and go I had to move close to my daughter and my grand kids.

These slum lords don't answer the phone - ever - so don't even bother calling or leaving a message because they will never get back to you. Also, don't even bother going there because they will refuse to help you with anything.

It's absolutely shameful the way this property management company does business. They truly do not care about their tenants AT ALL.

Trying charge me $1200 after I moved out on November 30th saying I owe rent from 2021!
How is that possible when I update my income to the housing manager.
I called the “supposedly Fake Account specialist” still no call back from last Thursday the December 14th.
Where is the documentation of me owing from 2 years ago. Why wasn’t i served an eviction notice or a pay to Quit.
Send me back my deposit or I will most definitely go to smalls claims court with receipts and documentation showing proof of my income change submitted through email at City Towers in Oakland, Ca

The new manager of Malabar Apt in Garden Grove is very disrespectful. She raises her voice and starts yelling. She is very disrespectful. She gets angry and calls us arrogant. It seems that if she paid the rent for us, I don't understand what right she has to talk to us in such a disrespectful way.

Worst management group ever. Mangers Have not fixed my mom's carpet saying they will call her when they can come and fix it.
It's 5pm they did not call her. It's been 2 days with this situation.

The leasing office manager is friends with a couple of tenants. Has favoritism. I had to leave the complex, one of my neighbors who I talk to from time to time asked me if I was leaving. I ask her how do you know. The downstairs neighbor told her. It had to come from the office telling my business. Unprofessional, needs to learn to keep business business. And to not blame the tenants for the bugs and roaches. That complex is infested with roaches and mold. They are going to get sued. But tell that to the leasing manager, she will say otherwise. She does not know anything.

The worst management building , they don’t know how to keep record of the payments that they receive. They force you to pay twice . This is the reason that there is a lot of homelessness here in California because of people like this that stress people out for no reason when the payment was made already and they want to charge you twice ! They are rude .. some little fat Latina that didn’t want to give me her name súper rude to elders.

Does their job, but really needs to be more respectful and return calls. I moved and got a bill for the next months rent after following all protocols and just wanted to confirm that I didn't owe anything. Called 3 times with no return calls from them. I got my deposite in a timely manner which is appreciated and my only concern is the mental health of seniors and others that really need to speak to someone. It's extremely frustrating, annoying and for some may lead to health issues, when someone blatantly makes you feel like you don't matter enough to call back. Feelings matter and no one likes to feel disrespected, especially now that the whole world is changing for the worst . All it takes is a phone call back!

The worst property management company I've ever worked with. They make it ridiculously difficult to get rent payments to them. Won't accept payment at the site.

Won't allow debit card or electrical bank payments unless you go through a rip-off PayLease 3rd party vendor who charges you to use their service. I am a retired senior citizen who gets her SS check on the 3rd of that month, so I can't send the money to them for my rent until the 3rd and because they don't accept electronic payments on the same day, my bank has to mail them a check which means it will be considered "late" by the company and they'll tack on an extra $40 to your rent. I was told there was a "grace period" to get the checks to them, and then told there wasn't after I got dinged with a late charge.

No one answers their phone so you can't talk to anyone to discuss these matters. I highly DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Flagrantly rude and unprofessional if you can get them on the phone. Make a complaint and they send you a warning letter not to harass staff.
Lost my apartment to a fire because of a faulty coil/burner on my stove on April 25th. Still no communication back to me about my security deposit and no unit transfer on the property offered even with available units. On site staff at North Hills Apartments in Fullerton continue to lie to me. Myself and my children are still without a place to live because I need the security and pet deposit returned in order to move on my tight income. They lied and said they didn't know at first. Then they said the Fire Department hadn't ruled on it yet. LIE. Spoke to him personally yesterday and he said it was ruled an accident and closed within the first week and that had nothing to do with my deposit to begin with and referred me to a civil code which states they have 21 days to get it back to me or must tell me why and have an actual, legal reason. I'm currently deciding which excited attorney to choose for my civil case.
