I always look carefully for my cars. As much as finding the right car, it's also about the "right person" that I am purchasing a car from. This leads to me being skeptical of everyone. In working with Naim, he proved himself to be a genuine, caring person who is who he claims to be. We all know buying pre-owned cars can be risky, but if you have confidence in who you are buying from it changes everything. That was the case here. We could not be happier with our 1999 Corvette. Let me say right off the bat: I hate car shopping. You’ll be looking for weeks on end for a car with your ideal specs at your ideal price and even when you DO find something that checks all your boxes, you still run the risk of working with salesmen at dealerships that care nothing for you or even the quality of vehicle they may be selling you, since they just want to make the sale.

After a series of let downs and shady dealings, I found Big Boys Toys through CarFax and let me tell you, this was far and above the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Naim is the partner and general manager of Big Boys Toys and will likely be your point person when purchasing a car. Even after purchasing my Miata, he’s remained in contact with me if I’ve needed anything else. Naim is seriously a legend. From his customer service to transparent kindness and strict catalogue of vehicles that are hand selected to perform well, I promise you’ll agree with me that this is the place to buy your car!! No pushy salesmen or closers, just an honest dude wanting to sell people good cars.

Naim is an actual angel sent from above. I am a 25 year old female and I bought a BEAUTIFUL 2019 Mazda miata RF from Naim after seeing all of his 5 star reviews. I was amazed at how a car salesman had such perfect reviews. And let me tell you… he is amazing. Do not listen to that one bad review because there is no way this man can do wrong. The miata I bought from him is a rebuilt title and ended up having some key issues about a month after I bought it. I called him and he ALWAYS answered… even 8:30 at night to help me. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was Okay. He will take care of you. When my car was having issues and wouldn’t start and was stuck in my friends driveway and I was heading out of town and couldn’t deal with it, he took care of it for me!!! Can you believe it?! You can’t tell me that that is not 100% exceptional customer service. I actually cried happy tears because it really felt like he cared for me and it made me emotional. It felt like a friend taking care of a friend. His passion is selling cars and you can really tell through his work. I will 100% be buying another car from him in the future HANDS DOWN!! He will have a customer for life. I have trauma from previous car salesman screwing me over and this is NOT one of them. I had anxiety at first thinking about how buying this car was a huge mistake but he eased my anxiety fast and took care of me like you wouldn’t believe. After several weeks of searching for the “perfect car” and test driving countless cars at local Orange County dealerships, I finally found “THE” car, a 2013 Ranger Roger Evoque. I looked at the ad and the address of Big Boys Toys and wanted to check out the car without involving any salesman. Once I saw the car, I immediately wanted to test drive it so I called Naim and expressed my interest in the car. He was very cordial and accommodating by meeting me at his office, where the Range Rover was parked. He said he would be there in five minutes and he literally was there in five minutes! The inside and outside of the Range Rover was immaculate. It looked brand new and smelled as though no one had ever driven it. Naim gave me the keys and let me test drive the car by myself where or I spent about 20 minutes driving on the freeway to see how it felt. I absolutely loved driving the car and went back and told Naim that I was very interested. He was great at answering my numerous questions where I felt confident I was making the right decision. Just to note that there was no high pressure sales or else I would’ve left immediately. The entire buying process of the car was easy unlike other dealerships I visited, were they added on questionable and outright ridiculous “additional fees” costing thousands of dollars, this did not take place with my purchase of the Range Rover. In closing, I’m giving Big Boys Toys a 5 star review because I received 5 star VIP treatment! Naim is a good guy who takes pride in his business providing his customers, like myself, with excellent service and great vehicles.

Wanted to leave a review to share my experience w/ Naim. He is a breath of fresh air in this current world we live in. It's obvious he's passionate about this work and cares about his clients. There was zero pressure. On the contrary, he told me to go home and think about it when I was heading back to purchase the car in a hurry due to a time constraint. Unlike large dealers where you're just a number, to Naim your feelings matter b/c he's a small operation so it's important for him to make his customers happy - that's the impression I got. I had a great experience purchasing a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser from Big Boys Toys. Naim (the owner) made the experience smooth and easy. This is no ordinary or average used car dealership. If you're looking for a really nice car, from a really nice car dealer and most importantly, from someone you can trust, you're done looking. I had been searching for several months for another Mercury Grand Marquis to replace my existing 1998 high mileage MGM. I was looking for a newer model with low mileage. One morning while searching online up popped the car that matched my criteria--a 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis with less than 44,000 miles. It was listed by Big Boys Toys Auto Sales in Huntington Beach. I read the Google reviews and the favorable comments about Naim Ahmad and the business. I gave him a call and was met by Naim's pleasant and friendly voice. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and I made an appointment to see the car. I was impressed with his personable nature, his knowledge and non-pressure sales approach. He gave me as much time as I needed to drive the car and make a decision and provided the Carfax and recent repair records. Even after my purchasing the vehicle he gave me three days to take it home and have my mechanic check it out. In addition Naim personally drove my 1998 MGM from Huntington Beach back to my home in Pasadena so I wouldn't have to make arrangements to pick it up. Much appreciated! Within three days everything checked out okay with my mechanic and I let Naim know that he could cash my check. I've had the car for about a month now and am very happy with it and the service Naim provided. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a pleasant experience in purchasing a used car in good/excellent condition.

I rarely provide reviews online but I will take my time to show my support for this business. Big Boys Toys will change your dealer experience. Everything is straightforward. Prices are excellent not just good. If the car is worth more, it’s because it is mechanically and cosmetically a grade above the rest. If it’s a little bit less, you may need to do some work to get it to where you want it.

Naim follows up with his customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase. I had a few bulbs go out on my MB GL and while I was expecting to be the one to be responsible for replacing them (after all it’s a used car), Naim offered to help. What customer service!

I have no doubt in my mind that I will do business with this company again. 6 stars if I could.

Big Boys Toys is absolutely the very best! Naim is not your tipical car sales person. He is expert and has a vast knowledge of his cars systems and is very detailed in his explanations. He is very friendly, easy to get along with, and he is fair and honest and always goes the extra mile even long after the sale. He follows up and makes sure you are perfectly happy with your car. All of the cars are very nice and are inspected before the sale. The best part is that you love the car and buy it at a fair price or you don't and that's ok too. Like I said ....No Pressure. This is what a dealership and sales person is all about. Naim is friendly, honest and shows that selling cars in not just about money. When I went in with a specific car in mind, a Mercedes E350, which was in great shape well equipped but with 146000 miles on the odometer, he showed me a S550 one owner car with way less mileage. This car was pristine and he let me drive it alone for 3 hours to show my family without a deposit. I offered him the keys to my Lexus GX 460 and he declined. I ended up buying the S550 and could not be more pleased with the entire process. A very trusting man that makes trusting him a no brainer.
