I try to rent a corvette once a year when I visit Orange County. This year both Caitlin and Emily did an amazing job to help the process go smoothly. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous they both were. I wouldn’t want to rent from anyone else.

Ray went out of his way to get us a car from another location that fit our needs. Emily was friendly and helpful when we picked up and returned the car. Car was clean and worked great. Five stars for Newport Enterprise!

The three people that helped me were professional and good communicators. When there was a slight issue with fuel and John explained everything and eased my concern.

35 year customer of Enterprise in Newport Beach. They pick me up at home, how convenient. This time the return was on Sunday so I dropped the car off, put the key in the drop box and took Uber home.

Great professional service and rental rate. Just a short walk or Uber from the SNA terminal and avoid the higher rates/taxes/fees.

Exceptional customer service. Assistant manager Alexandra went above and beyond in helping me when picking up the car. On my return day, they were also very helpful and kind enough to drive me to the collision center to get my car back. Highly recommended!

Alex is a straight up boss. I had such a headache trying to deal with my insurance company setting up a rental for someone else hitting my parked car. They were trying to stick me in a car that was not comparable to what I drive at all. She called them and got me into something that was a much better fit after I tried fighting with them myself. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be coming back again for any rental needs I have!
