When I went it awesome the seats were so comfortable and the popcorn was really good

I was extremely disappointed when this went from a 2 and 3 dollar movie theater the one that has tickets from $6 to $10. I liked being able to go get my soda and popcorn and candy and sit and watch a movie in the afternoon on a lazy day and not have to spend an arm and a leg to see it. I guess those days are over, and I have to get into the real world.
Not that long ago the Picture Show at main Place Mall did some renovation. They now have amazing electrical chairs and breathtaking sound. The prices there tickets have gone up, but you can still get there $1 hot dog!
I started returning to this theater when I went to some of the surrounding theaters and found that I was paying anywhere between $12 and $18 for a regular ticket to see a movie. Even matinee prices weren't much cheaper than that. As a senior (60 and older) I can see a matinee or an evening show for $6.50. I think that's an extreme bargain. Add my hot dog, small drink, and my chocolate covered raisins, and I've spent around $14. Huge difference to the $35 I was spending before.
If you're looking to see the latest movies out, Main Place Mall Picture show is the place to go. We no longer have to wait for a couple weeks to a month and a half to see the new shows, they're there when they're at the other theaters in your area only it's a lot cheaper to go.
because they're cheaper, and new movies, I suggest you purchase tickets beforehand. Obviously not every show is going to sell out, but if it's a really good one, I wouldn't take the chance.

That's a good movies about their favorite teenage mutant ninja turtles.

They have a discounted day where tickets are easier on your wallet. They have food options and a mini arcade on the left. They also have an option to buy tickets faster if there is a long time at the stand. They print on the spot and is faster if there is a wait.

It was Thanksgiving afternoon and all the shops were closed, the theater was good and 10 dls, employees were nice.

My friend 'Miracle Ray's and I saw the movie "Megan" last week. I also had a great experience with a very sweet concession staff who volunteered to help carry the drinks and popcorn back to my theater with me. She was a very genuine person who showed fantastic customer service and truly completed the entire evening. I will be back😁

Always a great place to go watch movies for a great price. Adults $7.25, Kids $6.25. Big Bucket of Popcorn and XL Soda $12 with a 1 time free refill on each. We spend about $47 dollars for 5 people every time we go, compared to other theaters that is close to $100 dollars for 5 people. Plenty of parking

They have the most comfortable, big, leather, electric recliners with foot rests! Great sound system, first run movies, all the good movie snacks and reasonable prices! We saw Jungle Cruise on a Saturday and paid only $6.75 per ticket. Love this place!!

HIGHLY underrated. The most comfortable chairs out of all the theaters I have been to. The Audience always adds to the movie experience. The popcorn is exquisite. The only downside is sometimes there is goop in the cup holders.

I'd been going to this theater since 2003, until I moved away in 2020. This theater has gone through many changes in the 17 years I've used it, all for the better. Them adding reclining seats to their theaters a few years ago was the last big change aside from the pricing. I think that it is still comparatively better than some of the bigger theaters for the prices that are charged.

They originally were $2 a movie and showed movies that had been in theaters months before, with $1 Tuesdays. Then they started showing 3D movies and charged $3 for them, which was way lower than the big theaters. Then a few years after making that change they started charging $3 for their movies, $2 Tuesdays and $5 for their 3D movies. By the time I left they were showing more recent movies and charging $5 for movies.

So if you want to get away from having to pay $13 to $17 for a movie at the bigger theaters, not 3D movies which can run up to $25 at the bigger named theaters, I'd wait a bit and then go to Picture Show Theater. They are clean and comfortable with even some video games for the kids to play in between the shows if you decide to watch more than one or before going into your movie.

Love the new seats , great place to bring kids and the bathrooms and floor look cleaner . Great and friendly staff keep it up guys hope they have more contests when they have new movies to show . Thank you for keeping a family friendly atmosphere.

I've been a customer here since I was only about twelve or eleven, and I can still remember when my parents would take me after school to catch an animated movie or maybe even a Marvel or DC one. Almost ten years later, I still think of this theater first when it comes to movies.

I'll admit, I think I go to this theater too many times. I watched Spiderman 3 times in this place alone, but it's because of the satisfaction that I always get out of every time I come here that I do

Excellent staff; they're very polite and make sure that you're satisfied with your experience at the concession and with any issues you may report to them.

I remember when I watched a movie last year, (The Suicide Squad) on a early weekday, the movie wasn't the right one, and the staff were easily on it, correcting the issue immediately.

The reclining chairs are a great bonus on already low price tickets: one of the greatest reasons I go here first. One could say this is a budget alternative to the bigger ball game competitors, but I cannot deny the experience is always a pleasure to be shared here.

I finally watched Dog after putting it off forever today, and the line was a ghost town - as to be expected on smaller and much older movies. This is not to say that it's always vase, as I've been here on release dates of much higher acclaimed movies, the kinds that bring the entire populace of the city into one room.

And I don't know how they do it, but the staff are always professional handling customers, no matter how many they are; I imagine how challenging it must be, having worked at a liquor store myself on days like the super bowl, Thanksgiving and Christmas were always a mess. But I've never had trouble with them, and their smiles are welcoming. Kind of surprised they haven't gotten annoyed with how often I go there, haha.

Back when they sold hot dogs, (at least, it's been a while since they did) I always bought them up! For a dollar, you're getting quite the deal. They were my favorite part of the concession, and now I often choose the nachos, which are still a fun alternative on their own but you can't beat the hot dogs.

I'm starting to think I wrote a lot, but I give Picture Show much credit for their cleanliness, amazing workers and great prices on tickets and delicious food.

Keep doing what your doing, guys.

Great ticket prices, great movie selection, comfy seats if u are fortunate to sit in one that actually works and reclines. Concession items are reasonably priced. Needs better upkeep and cleaning.

Amazing first time experience. Seats are recliners!!! I hate going to the movies but now I actually want to start watching movies in THIS movie theater. I love the fact that you get to choose your seats while you are buying your popcorn so that way you know exactly where you're sitting and you don't have to be looking for seats or have to sit separately from your friends are family if you go in a big group.places mall but I really enjoyed watching a movie on a recliner and not having to worry about moving my feet or being bothered by someone going to the restroom and walking on top of me. This place is amazing they're short-staffed but overall I had a great time and ENJOYED THE MOVIE.

Great prices, first run movies and the recliners are nice. Concessions are reasonable especially the $1.49 hot dogs. Not as nice as AMC, but the prices at AMC have gone insane and this is a much more affordable option.

It's a good budget movie theater. The tickets are $6.75 but there is a $1.25 fee per ticket. The popcorn are $7 dollars and under and hotdogs are 1 dollar. A large drink is $5.59. The movie theater is great for its price but it is outdated. They do have recliner seating in every auditorium. This is a great theater if you are on a budget. Also don't be upset if the ads only take up a quadrant of the screen, the movie fills the entire screen once it starts. Update to my previous review theaters/auditorium 5 and 6 are amazing, they can compare to a premium movie such as cinemark xd and a dolby cinema. Best part is the tickets are the same price.

Very nice and clean theatre with friendly staff. Plus the bonus was it was half the cost of the AMC and Regal theatres and still super comfortable recliners and delicious popcorn!! Definitely recommend! Another bonus is all the restaurant options just outside the theatre in the mall in case you wanted a quick meal and then movie.

We shared a little laugh and smile. Also, we were lucky enough to have the workers accommodated us too well. We really appreciate their talent and their goodness. We decided to come back to this movie house because of our happiness. Thank you very much for that. It was a great day of our lives!
