Crocs at The Outlets at Orange

Good experience! We were treated by 2 different employees, were shown a few different sizes since my daughter has thin feet.

After we got the sizing down, she walked around until she found the ones she wanted.

I was helped with the store manager who was very friendly and nice. She fixed all the issues with my online order exchange. I'd like to appreciate her again and I'm willing to visit the store again just because of this experience!

I just have to say how amazing Ryan is! I love his customer service is 10/10!! Definitely coming back just because of him. Everyone else is also great here, friendly staff. Keep up the work guys 💜

Sally was sooo helpful! We probably wouldn’t have bought anything if it wasn’t for her salesmanship! lol The store is taking great precautions in asking customers to sanitize on they’re way in and they sanitize shoes after they’re tried on.

I have never been in a Crocs store before. I was very happy with my visit and got three new pairs of crocs and a bunch of charms. Service was great and very helpful.
