Leonardo is a true professional. He was accommodating, understanding and very supportive when my house had an extensive leak above my garage. He was able to provide assistance by helping me contact a plumber, he visited my home in timely manner to offer support and communicating with the plumber. Over the past year, I've faced challenges dealing with HOA billing issues through phone and email. However, when I visited the Keystone Irvine office, a gentleman named Isaac provided great help. In just 20 minutes, he patiently listened to my entire story and efficiently resolved the problem, showcasing both his kindness and effectiveness. I highly recommend opting for in-person visits over phone calls and emails when seeking their assistance.

I highly recommend the management services of Keystone Pacific Property Management and specifically our HOA Manager, Rick Cremin. Rick is doing an excellent job managing the myriad requests, issues, and problems for our HOA, High Country Villas. He responds quickly to residents’ and Board Members’ emails, texts, and phone calls. Rick follows up to ensure projects have been completed and handles the inevitable conflicts and complications efficiently while keeping his sense of humor. Keystone has recently become our management company and I am impressed with their professionalism and expertise.

Rochelle has been an excellent representative for Keystone property management. She has been very helpful every time we have asked her for help.

I'm happy to say we had a frustration free interaction with Rochelle Bastian at Keystone and it helped us to have a wonderful birthday party for my son at our neighborhood clubhouse. In the past things haven't gone as smooth as they did with Rochelle. I had a frustrating and challenging situation regarding payment of my HOA fees. Melissa Alvarez was fantastic. She thoroughly understood the situation, was very responsive and saw that it was corrected in a timely fashion. Even afterward, she promptly responded to my queries and provided information. I think she did a great job and was certainly kind and courteous the entire time!

Melissa Alvarez is amazing.! We needed our club house for a special event and Melissa facilitated the process. In the past, renting the club house has been a night mare. Also, Keystone Pacific Property Management has made communicating easier through their online portal. I love it!

Prompt response from Rochelle B. I requested for a service request due to growing grass and weed in the community. They got it resolved the next day.

It has been a pleasure working with Alyssa G. at Keystone who made my transition into the HOA they manage a pleasant one. She was responsive, kind, and patient and made the biggest difference for me. I am currently the vice president of a HOA. We have been working with Julius Kucinskas. He has been so helpful and has stayed on top of our association. He is quick to get back to you and helpful to answer all of our concerns. He has been an asset to us and I appreciate all of his efforts. I can't say enough good things about him. I would like to take the time to say how impressed I have been with Keystone Pacific Property Management. Especially Rochelle and Bonnie. I recently purchased a home in one of their communities. I was not provided with much information from the previous owners. I contacted Rochelle and she guided me through the process. Although I could not see her I felt she was smiling the entire time. She was patient with me with all of my questions. I met with an unfriendly tenant during the time I was moving in. I was contacted by Bonnie and she was professional and courteous about the complaint. I had difficulties with the transition of property (pool and gate keys) and Rochelle came to the rescue. I have delt with other HOA's that have not been as professional. Thank you for making my move easier than expected.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Ms. O'Leary and Ms. Haley Jamar. Back in 2017 I was having trouble getting my shed getting approved due to the previous contact and architect's unwillingness to work as hard as they should have. Ms. O'Leary took over my case/project, came to my home and took the necessary photographs, obtained the evidence she needed to prove that my project was in compliance with HOA rules and regulations, and advocated for my project to be approved. Over the years, when we had a question she would answer quickly or inform us she did not know but would find out as soon as possible. I truly appreciate her honesty, humility, and her willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Fast forward to today, February 15, 2023. I had many questions regarding my solar project application submission. Once again, over the phone Ms. O'Leary did her best to answer my questions and address my concerns. She advised me to bring the documents and check to the Ontario office. Upon my arrival I was contacted by Ms. Jamar. I ended up speaking with both ladies. Both ladies worked as a team to answer questions and address my concerns. Ms. Jamar went over my application submission to make sure I had everything I needed so the submittal would go smoothly. Ms. Jamar explained the process to me in detail before I left the office. Both women are very knowledgeable in their craft. It is obvious they are team players.

I don't have any projects planned as of right now but I do have peace of mind knowing that when I do need to contact the HOA I will be guided in the right direction.

Keystone Property Management in TEMECULA has provided mostly excellent customer service to me in Santa Rosa Highlands, Murrieta. I have received quick email responses in the past to questions about architectural guidelines and FOB distribution. Most recently, I received excellent service from Rochelle when I needed to reserve our community room on short notice for an engagement party. What a relief to get the room reserved and access to scope out the room ahead of time! Rochelle also explained a concern I had with a delayed architectural review. In our dealings, she was pleasant, patient, and professional. I left the office with much more accomplished than I anticipated walking in. Thanks for the excellent service Rochelle!

I have worked on and off with Ann Thi O'Rourke for some time now through her different roles at this company and I can always count on her going above and beyond to assist me each and every time. When I see her name on an email response I know my request will be taken care of. Even when it is not within her dept/scope, she finds out the answer and gets back to me as opposed to just passing me along to the next person. Ann is a true asset to this company.
