I've lived here 10 years it's great!! Quiet have my coffee every morning on the patio it's so peaceful. The neighbors are great everybody is so friendly. Love the owner/manager of the park Bill he's a great guy! Perfect place to call home...

Wonderful place to live. Been here 9 years lots of great neighbors. The pool And jacuzzi are a great place to relax. Lots of guest parking. Nice pot luck gatherings monthly for the residents to get together. Bingo on wed nights.

We’ve lived here three years and love it. The neighborhood is small, quiet and clean. We like to ride our bikes down the river trail to the beach. Best of all, we own our own place in Huntington Beach. This city is amazing and we’re so grateful to live here.

Great park, it is not too big and not too small. Well maintained and offers nice amenities. Great location and breeze.

We didn't drive in. It was evening. Not much traffic. There was a tall brick wall along the block it was in. It was so nice and quiet there which made it a perfect place to park my van and settle in for the evening. After a good nite sleep. It was still quiet in the morning when I left.
