Employee Donnie is such a team player with customer service. He is always helpful and takes the time to solve concerns on the sales floor. He was able to get the product I was looking for at the back room and he also stocked the shelves with extra items. Thanks Donnie for your Great professionalism and excellent customer service.

Drive up option is fantastic at Target! Fast, friendly team members & efficient! Now you can do returns & order a Starbucks, for drive up, BRILLIANT! Best ever!!

Came here for some bar soap and some shampoo. Easy to find. They even had some deals on it.

I was surprised that the Target associate would not accept my tip when I did the Drive Up option for pick-up. With the Amazon grocery fees increasing, plus the availability of everything I would normally purchase, as well as close proximity compared to Amazon Fresh, Target seems like the better choice for me.

Target has an excellent consumer focused buying process whether online, in store pickup, curbside or delivery - I can always count on consistent experiences that help me buy what I need and move on with my day.

Love using Target drive-up service and today did a drive-up return , was so incredibly quick & easy . I will never stand in line again for a return..lol!

I really dislike online shopping. Target continues to provide a great experience with a variety of quality products in each department. This particular Target is always clean, and well organized with competent employees ready to assist. Returns are easy and if I happen to get home having forgotten something, it is just around the corner for my next visit!

The store was fine. I don't like, as a red card member, I have to activate an offer to get the gift card special or to get certain deals. I think as a member, it should be automatically on your member card.

I appreciate the pick up service, from their phone app, dedicated parking spaces with the "pick up" moniker, and the friendly staff that bring your items to your vehicle. Especially amidst this COVID19 pandemic, their system allows you to get most items in their store brought to your car. While I have mostly used this service for groceries, I have also used it to purchase a laundry basket and a USB keyboard, as this location sells these items also. Recently I have used it to purchase perishables such as milk, lettuce, and celery sticks. While it is not the same as walking in the store, I think it is less risky.

Has a big selection of tide products / cleaning supplies / and toys

Online purchses were wonderful! I ordered clothes from my hospital bed, because I needed larger post surgery! EASY TO DO!

Went to the pharmacy Got my pills. Then I got all my shots Yes I am rabies vaccinated now as well as distemperor and whatever else

The Target drive-up service is a game changer! I do enjoy shopping in the store; however, I do not have the strength at this time and the drive-up service allows me to still get my favorites without having to exhaust myself while recovering.

Yay,🎉 a store Manager that does the right thing for the customer. Thank you Jay at Target HB for everything you did to make it smooth and easy for me.
I left Target and shopped at the grocery store, drove home and unpacked. Then, I realized my zip lock bags were no where to be found. I looked at my receipt and saw that I had been charged for not one, but two boxes. So now it's complicated.
So, I drove all the way back and walked up to customer service and asked for a manager. Jay was very kind and helpful. He looked at the register (where I checked out) for my bags -but no luck. He then told me to just go get what I was charged for and he'd fix it. He happily gave me a credit back to my CC, the whole time he was so kind and seemed to honestly care about making me happy. 💞

I like the cleanliness of the store and the store employees are very helpful and courteous. I've recently had some bad experiences with Target's competitors and I will no longer shop there.

I just love Target! The quality of clothing is way better than Walmart. I have experienced a manager in Santa Ana who lowered the price on something I wanted but didn't have quite enough money for. I have never had a bad experience with Target.

It’s a Mini Target, but love it. It has a grocery area, which I wasn’t expecting when they opened. It is well maintained & always very clean & organized when I have shopped there. Love that I have this option available.

Love this location over pretty much ALL other's..!!.. They are ALWAYS friendly, professional, positive and ALWAYS there to greet you as you come in, or while your shopping... I've never had any issues
W/needing help,because if ever I have any questions help is never far away. I would say at times the lines can be somewhat long during the weekend hours especially. Which honestly having the experiences I've had each and every time I have shopped there makes the line issue not really an issue at all. It's just refreshing to have such quality customer care & service. In today's day and age it seems to be more & more difficult to find quality in regards to customer service. It's great that there are places that still provide genuine, professional, friendly, helpful, customer service. Hence this is why I felt the need to write such a lengthy review. Thanks again to Target at the Adams location, they Defiantly set the bar high..

They have lots of items we need and usually everything is stocked. This Target was very good about keeping people distanced at the checkout line. Most of the shelves were nice and stocked. I couldn't find the cleaning supplies because they have been moved (again!).
