Luz has been amazing on my quest for the perfect pendant(s) for my new bath remodel. She has gone above and beyond any expectations I had for the level of customer service I have been used to receiving from other businesses. I would recommend this store 1000x's over! Thank you again, Luz! :)

Luz Malbran was amazing! She went above and beyond to locate and obtain a light fixture that we absolutely fell in love with. She was knowledgeable in regards to the manufacture and was aware of products she had to offer. She personally reached out to the company and had them make the light fixture that was no longer in production. Communication was amazing and timely. When shipped, she let us know it was on the way! We highly recommend her service for your lighting needs.

So my story started with finding out the product I purchased online wasn't going to be available for some time. Luz was very kind and asked if I thought I could use a little different light, I said sure and we made that happen. The light arrived and for some reason the parts were supposed to screw together wouldn't stay together so Luz asked me to mail it back to the manufacturer, on her dime, to have them check it out. While that was in process it was decided, by my wife (the one who would be using the light the most at the bbq) that the original sized light was necessary. So I contacted Luz again and asked if we could make the change. She was more than happy to make it happen. Did I have to pay the difference, of course. Was there some shipping cost on my end, yes. Here is the thing though, Luz worked with me to help me get what my wife wants. It's a custom light that they didn't have to take back so I was happy when Luz said they would.

In today's world where everyone expects to not pay a fair price for service it's rare to find a kind and truly engaged person who'll do what it takes to help out. Sure, I'm going to have to wait a little while for the light that I need, but everything is like that right now and who knows when it'll change. I know when it does arrive that It's Thyme will take care of me if necessary. Thanks Luz for helping me out.

I received the most wonderful customer service from Luz today. I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. I’m beyond appreciative of her attentiveness, and it is service like this that will make me a repeat customer. She is wonderful!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Luz who walked me threw every single question I had/web site navigation/ordering process. She was so kind and patient with me. I cannot wait to get my bulbs! I will post pictures asap! Thank you again for your help!

Customer service was great. They responded to my email and my request that my bulbs be sent out as soon as possible. My order arrived very promptly.

Amazing store with excellent service. They have an amazing selection of lighting and some very very high quality products. Purchased outdoor lighting from them. Couldn't be happier!
