Chili's Grill & Bar

We used an app to order from the Katella location. The fajita combo gave us choices so we went with the steak and shrimp. It came with beans, rice and tortillas. There was also sour cream, cheese and salsa packaged separately which was nice. The chicken Alfreda pasta kids meal was a plenty with a lot of sauce. This meal included mandarin slices but you can choose something else along with the drink. The food arrived hot and the meat fajitas were also tender. The only thing that needs work is packaging the items so that they don’t spill because we had to clean items before placing them on the table and the holes in the bottom of the bag allowed the liquid to drip out.

Stopped by right after opening, good to know they had their backed potato soup ready-made. Ordered 2 servings to go one for myself and the other for a patient that I care for. She's usually hard to please food wise. I recommend that potato soup which is delicious, to her. And to my surprise she really enjoyed it. Thanks for making our day!

Absolutely amazing service, GREAT burger, and just a really good vibe here.
Me and my buddy have been back about 3 times, always get the same table, and same waitress. I cannot remember her name, but she remembered us, brought out chips, salsa and Enchilada Soup, before we even ordered, (by the way, the Enchilada Soup is by far the best Soup I have EVER eaten, anywhere!!) She remembered our drink orders, and our food order too. Just great customer service!!! Simply doesn't get better than that. She is always right on top of drink refills, and even brought us "to go" drinks, without us even mentioning it! I wish it was in my power to double her salary!!

The line cooks are freakin awesome too! One of the BEST burgers ever! Char on outside, super tender and juicy and really tasty! Vegetables were fresh and crispy and even the fries were superior!! All that and the bill for 2 people was $23 and change!! Good luck getting a burger, fries, drink and appetizers ANYWHERE else for less!!

As for the waitress, we sat at the table right behind the entrance podium in the bar area. If anyone knows her name, please share. And tell her David and Doug just adore her and her wonderful smile and attitude! Great waitress!!

I went last Saturday, that being said it was not as busy as i thought it would be for a Saturday afternoon. We got seated as soon as we walked in. The good and service was good. So what more can i say, Great food, great service= 5 star!

I ordered some wings and a margarita. There was a mix-up with the people next to me, so i had a new order put in. I got the whole bill paid by an anonymous person. I am thankful for my free meal.

Welcoming environment and friendly staff. Walked in and was immediately greeted by an usher who was delighted to direct my group to a booth. We ordered baby back ribs, Cajun Pasta, onion rings, and bacon steak quesadillas. All were a 9/10. Too bad I didn’t have room to try them all. Definitely will come back to this location as our food was prepared in less than 15 minutes. Btw I came around 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. Go during off-hours to avoid the wait !

Decided to join a couple friends for lunch and I must say its been awhile since I've visited Chili's. Had the Classic cheeseburger which came with soup, chose the loaded baked potato soup that was perfect for a rainy day. The cheeseburger was on point and tasted very good, fries were a bit on the cold or not fresh up side..but doable.

Place is very good, I usually go here at least once a month.
But it's a great area to pass the time with some buds.
Even though I think the time I just went this Saturday I got food poisoning, I think it was the Texas cheese fries that got me sick that time.

I've been coming to chillis🌶 for over 13years now and it was loosing its touch a couple years ago but let me tell you they switched that up .... they stepped their game..👆 Their menu has a variety of delicious food... and they have great deals like two for 25$...full on bar🍻🍺so you don't stay thirsty ..i got some chicken fajitas and they were fire🔥🔥🔥 the mango chili chicken was delicious as well..definitely coming back soon.

Great place to watch NFL football season games. Had the chicken wings & beers, loved the atmosphere. Staff was great!

Food was DELICIOUS. Service was fast and the order correct. Very clean tables. Not loud and noisy as you might expect in a sports bar grill.

I was waiting to pick up someone from the nearby hospital. It took four hours! Robert, Aimee and Debbie took real good care of me at the bar for my entire stay. I ordered a Club Sandwich and a Bud Light.

Mya was very very friendly and helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. Margaritas tasted great 😊

Had an amazing night tonight. Was surprisingly slow for a friday night but that was good for us! Got seats right away! Our server, Brian, was patient and kind. He also had a great sense of humour. They did over cook my steak but fixed it right away. I guess not a lot of people get rare steak! Haha but it was great. Brian was wonderful, super attentive and sweet.

Great service, great food. Restaurant is being remodeled, but not an inconvenience. Had the boneless buffalo wings, which are always good. The veggie burger was kind of messy. I would suggest Chilis using whole leaf lettuce versus shredded. The honey chipotle crispers were just ok, borderline dry. I just may be getting burnt out on the chipotle flavor. I ordered roasted street corn on the cob with it, but it was disappointing. It wasn't roasted at all, was more like boiled & slathered in mayo. I was tired and hungry, so didn't say anything. Finally, the boss burger. Wow!! Loaded in calories, but so delish! Well worth it if you're a meat lover. It's a burger with brisket, rib & sausage and bbq ranch sauce on a brioche bun. Also, don't forget to try the $5 pumpkin margarita. Yum!

Unbelievable fast service, food was awesome! I’ve been to several chili’s throughout my time and this one is by far the best! And one thing I’ve always notes was the broccoli, this establishments was cooked to perfection! Every where else either needed to some extra help or needed to actually be cooked!

Our waitress was so good looking... she was on point with our refills, and checking in from time to time!!! Jaylen was Fn AWESOME! We always ask for her. She's funny and fun. There Top Sirloin is fantastic...
