This was the only place who was able to give me a loan in a time where I was in desperate need of a car or I was going to lose my job. I've always received kind customer service when dealing with them. I've gone through tough financial times and they have always helped me out. As long as you pay your car note, they will help you. Today, I finally paid off my loan & the representative even celebrated with me over the phone, which was so kind of her. As long as you stay on top of your payments and communicate any issues you are having, you are going to have an easy going experience.

These people are fair. All you people need to do is communicate with them and they will work with you. I got hurt at work so now I'm on workman's comp and I have less money coming in I have made numerous late payments and right now I'm a month late on my payment and they are still working with me. They could have came and gotten my car several times. I've never ran into any rude workers here. We we get the loan we sign a contract. If we break the contract they can take the car! I'm grateful for how they have worked with me through these tuff times. All it takes is some communication and honesty. They are just doing their job. Thank you blackfish.

I was over 30 days past due because I had to help my mom pay off her house. My account manager Alex gave me every chance in the world to come up with the money & I appreciate that. He could’ve easily took my car but didn’t. Remember people this is a 2nd chance company so don’t expect 1st chance privileges. With that being said, the last thing this company wants to do is take your car y’all trust me. Communication is key. Tell them the reason you’re behind on payments and constantly call in to update them on your situation & they will work with you!

I just called them for the first time regarding my very first monthly payment. Not only did they finance me with my poor credit ( low 500 credit score and a repo during the pandemic ) but they were very helpful and understanding when I informed them that I would be making my first payment 4 days late. They actually thanked me for giving them the heads up.

Easy to make payments online! Customer service always answers quickly and I appreciate the reminders when my payment is due. Always makes it easy to pay on time.

I was very pleased make my payment it was fast and easy and I paid ahead of time before my due date on my car payment I'm thankful for this company to give me a second chance to build my credit backup and getting my vehicle blackfish capital our professional just pay your bills on time positive vibes the happy Samoan yes I started from the bottom now I'm here .....

So far so good! Haven't had any complications with them. Everytime I make a payment it's really quick and it's really easy. I called their customer service number a few times and never spoke to anybody that was rude or unprofessional.

I have never had a problem. Heather and the other staff members have been very professional. I needed help 1 time and Heather was so nice helping me and things have been smooth sailing . Thank you for taking a chance with me and helping me get my car when no one else would 3 years strong 🙏🏻😊

If I could give zero stars I would. They are rude and constantly have attitudes. If you can go through a different loan company I HIGHLY suggest doing so to save yourself headaches and stress. They will also trespass on private property without proper authorization to repossess the vehicle. I have seen it happen to a family member. Payment was only a month late. Do not go through this company.

If I could give them a zero I would. This company is the most crooked company I've ever worked with. The ladies in the office are completely rude and unprofessional. The stuff they do is unlegal at this company. I'm currently hiring an attorney to see this company. If you're looking for a finance company that reports to the credit bureaus then do not use this company. My fiance's been paying on his auto loan for over 2 years now he's made every payment and they're saying that he owes more on his car loan than when he originally started. There's no possible way. I have met numerous people who have worked with this finance company and then some shady stuff with their car loans as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if they qualify you to be financed through them I would run the other way. They are crooked

I forgot to say I would not recommend this company to the devil himself everyone needs to get together and do a class action lawsuit. they are so evil Bewitched as well as rude unprofessional ghetto as hell no matter what if you were early late or paid on time they are very rude unprofessional and that's why the ratings are as a 1.6 I do not give them that star but I had to give an order to do a review everyone should get together and do a class action lawsuit and put them out of business that's what everyone needs to do and then maybe they will learn this is why they're not accredited with the credit bureaus at all they're just horrible horrible company I would not recommend to the devil himself or my worst enemy

Theses people are crooks. I’m late with a payment and they call everyone I once talked to. People i don’t even talk to also. They calling my landlord and where I receive my mail. Idk how they get their numbers. But they harass and threaten me to get a payment. They stalk my family and stalk me where I go. No wonder why they are going out of business.

Mayte, Beatriz, Rosie, and everyone I talked to very unprofessional and talk to you like your a child and threaten you that they will take legal matters if they don’t get their money instead of trying to help you. Very Rude and disappointing and don’t ever go through them for financing I don’t even know how a company who hangs up on you when you have a loan them.

If possible don't deal with this company for buying/paying off your car I would give negative stars if possible. For starters they chare a $5 fee or more for a payment process I know it's only $5 but why should someone who works hard on saving up for a car have to pay even more money that doesn't even go towards the car's payment. And secondly poor customer service I was hoping to get that $5 waved due to the fact that I already paid it once but had to get a new card bc someone in Japan took well over $100 out of my bank so I needed a new card and before I even finished my sentence he cuts me off gets closer to his cheap microphone and starts yelling over me so I can't argue back bc if he would've just said no unfortunately I have no control over the $5 with a calm voice I would've said ok no problem. Trust me I've worked in customer service as a server and working at a front desk but even if a guest gets mouthy with you you can't do the same back but I wasn't being mouthly until the guy on the phone was.

They probably don’t work with people with good credit. I had bad credit so they were my only option. Not a single nice person works for this company. They are crooks, they are rude, and that won’t change because their customers are people with no other option. After a year I was able to refinance for 17% less interest. YES 17% LESS. Sucks but you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes.
