My first time ever going to their Urgent Care. Showed up 45 mins before they opened & got checked in super fast. I was in & out within the HOUR!!! Dr. Trifunovic was AWESOME!!!

The staff at KP is top notch. They are responsive, professional, and friendly. My physician, Dr. Khanh Nguyen is outstanding. He's knowledgeable, experienced, professional, approachable, and he has excellent communication skills. I am always satisfied with my visits.

The Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care Clinic gave me excellent service and care at their Harbor/MacArthur facility in Cost Mesa. The Physician Assistant did a wonderful job assessing my health status, educating me on the findings, and prescribing appropriate medications to take care of my health issues. On time appointment, minimal wait time. Nurses are professional and efficient. Doctor is up to date on eye procedures. We love Kaiser.

I love my Kaiser doctor, and the icing on the cake is the way all the moving parts work. The labs, urgent care, mammogram are all in the same place. My niece who is getting a M.A. in nursing was impressed by the integration of the background, tests, and conversations available on the phone app.

Kaiser Permanente building in Santa Ana, California. Masking is required to enter the building. They have hand sanitizing stations all around the main lobby. There must be a pediatrics department here as there were a LOT of elementary school aged children.

Love this Kaiser facility. Always friendly staff with a big smile. Wait time is minimal. Very clean and runs efficiently. The medical team listened to what you have to say and your concerns. They make you feel like you matter! Thank you Team Kaiser on Harbor!

I had a great experience at the Harbor/McArthur Kaiser. I went in for a mammogram appointment. In line I was helped at a kiosk, so I didn’t need to stand in line. Once in radiology, I noticed how welcoming the staff were to the patients as they called their names. My technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She even explained my x-rays. I left with a smile.

I had a nice experience here today at urgent care. Staff at front was helpful and got me checked in quickly through their kiosk so I didn’t have to wait in these long lines at manual checked in.
I waited for about 30 minutes until my name was called for which is amazing. If you ever been urgent care or ER it can take up to 2 hours or more. I know this varies but when you’re not feeling well and having to sit in an area with others who don’t feel well. It makes you feel worse. So time is if essence.
Nurse was nice to me and doctor was kind and patient and explained my illness.
Unfortunately i have laryngitis and there’s nothing you can do medically for it but the doctor gave me tips to feel more comfortable while i heal.
I was pleasantly pleased with today visit.

I am a long time Kaiser member, but first time working with the Occupational Health department.

i’ll start off by saying am i glad i found Dr Michale Gruba. Long story short, i was going through a bad experience working with a previous clinic, not call any but their supposed specialist would suggest to me the options of a steroid shot to hurry me to get back to work and their physical therapy did nothing but make my injury worse, but they did nothing to help find a solution but try to push me to go back even though things were getting worse.

Now for the breathe of fresh air. After finding myself able to transfer to Kaiser. I met with Dr. Gruba and at this point i didn’t know what to expect, another steroid shot option? Nope, he listened to what i was explaining to be the problem and took a minute to analyze the problem. Shortly after, even though i have been through numerous counts of therapy he said, all we can do is try again to see what we find through other channels of therapy. So thankfully he heard me and recommended me to a great Therapy chain, lets just keep this short because i’ve shared my review on how great the California Rehabilitation that went to in irvine off Mauchly was. If it wasn’t for a doctor like Dr. Gruba who actually hears your complaints and problems and sends you where he knows would best benefit you, I’d probably be taking those steroid shots feeling good for a month back at work then hurting more and never feeling better thinking this was normal.

I’d also like to add not once did he try prescribe any unnecessary drugs or medication to me that didn’t seem like it was going to help me. Unlike my previous clinic which went crazy on the 800mg ibuprofen.

In conclusion if you’re injured and need an Occupational health facility that will actually do their best to make sure you get the care you need to get back to yourself prior to your injury, this is the place to be and Dr. Gruba is that man you wanna be seen by.

I was quite anxious before a CT Scan with contrast dye. The technician clearly responded to my concerns in a professional yet very warm and respectful way. Throughout the procedure, he also gave me step-by-step instructions (much like a coach), so I was more relaxed than I had expected to be. I was grateful for his support.

I am a Kaiser member. In the middle of the night I fell hitting my head and shoulder badly as I fell into the tub while walking to the restroom. I hurt my head, left shoulder and left arm badly. In the morning, I went to Kaiser as I was having a bad headache and shoulder pain. My doctor ordered head and shoulder xrays. I was happy to hear that nothing was broken and the pain would subside within 2-4 ,days. I was very pleased with the care, knowledge and final results of my visit. The doctor and staff were very considerate.

The Harbor-MacArthur facility has consistently provided superb professionalism in all areas of medical care. The staff has always treated me with respect and concern while providing treatment. I have never had to deal with excessive waiting times.
