Installation technicians were absolutely wonderful. As a woman I always worry about being taken advantage of. I already knew estimated cost before they showed up. And it was right on the money. They didn't try to sell me any
extras and just did a wonderful job.

The individual who came out to unclog our drains was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention he was wonderful with our hyperactive dog as an added bonus. I will definitely be using this team again if I need to!!

Adam & Aaron were very efficient, my boss had a problem with water pressure on our office faucet and they fixed it same day and gave lots of helpful tips for the water drainage.

Aaron and Miles did a fabulous job fixing an old pressure relief valve that sprung a leak. He used good quality workmanship and materials, and took his time to get it right. Would definitely use him again!

These two men were excellent, they were able to trouble shoot the issue with me and explain what was going on so I could understand, they also fixed the issue and made it so that in the future I can hook up new waterlines which was perfect for my home, they worked with me very well these guys were badass

I’ve called Roto Rooter on two occasions for emergency plumbing services for a clogged kitchen sink. Both times, they were able to come over in a very timely manner, were polite, professional, and quick.
I highly recommend! Last time, Saso and his colleague came to fix the issue, and were great.

He arrived on time, professional, competent, courteous, explained in detail the issues, proposed solutions, and had a smile the entire time as he fixed the issue. Afterwards, he called in his team to double check for any other types of damage to ensure the problem is well taken care of. The rest of Saso’s team were all the same, excellent, professional, friendly, and detail oriented. Bravo!

I’d also like to thank the dispatcher who was friendly and very responsive to help my situation.
