Kaiser Permanente Harbor Corporate Park

I had a positive experience coming here for 2 1/2 months of outpatient physical therapy after my knee replacement surgery. I liked the quiet environment, quick check-in, and easy parking. Sessions always started punctually. The physical therapists (Brian and Rocio) were professional, caring, and helpful, consistently providing a high level of patient care. They made every session a meaningful challenge, giving instant feedback on my progress, along with encouragement. Making appointments for follow/up sessions was easy. I truly appreciated their support during my arduous rehab journey.

Faster than McDonald's everything in less than 1 hour at urgent care without appointment.

Difficult to find if you don't know it is here due to the lack of signage, but otherwise a great Kaiser facility. Lots of parking for cars.

Very helpful at times, but when not open your on your own

It's a fine facility with polite and friendly staff. Doctors are caring. It delivers what it promises. Yet, the behavioral unit is way behind the cutting edge multidisciplinary innovation in addressing the individual's emotional difficulties faced in the social environment.

Clean, usually not a very long wait.

They need to fire Dr. Welles. She overprescribes and has a felony conviction.

I can’t stand Kaiser permanente. Every department is a complete joke. They are out 8-10 weeks on appointments for almost every department. How the hell does anyone get service from these people? It’s been the worst experience using Kaiser. All the good Dr’s leave to their own practices. I Pay way too much for insurance that does nothing. I get bills all the time from Kaiser. Can not wait untill my new Blue Sheild kicks in. Screw this Obamacare style of treatment. No personalization at all. Just turn style doors. Dr’s just run you through and could care less about your condition.

The absolute worst health care providers. Everything is booked at least 2 months out.
