Johnny's Saloon & Pizzeria

This has been my favorite dive-bar since I moved to Southern California in 2006. I can’t tell you all enough, their Pizza is the best pizza I have had, pretty much ever. Ask anyone, or try it yourself (except mondays) Our favorite pizza is the Holla Back girl. Friendly staff, friendly security, great drinks, the owners are the best and most hospitable ever. Johnny’s supports our veterans and offers special discounts for our people who serve our country. Highly recommend Johnny’s Saloon. One of my top places I bring everyone who visits me down in Orange County.

This place is a rAd lil'punk dive bar. My kind of place. Atmosphere is fun and lively, everyone there including Johnny himself are way cool.
Side note: The pizza is amazing.... like really really good. Must have.

Great dark, dive bar. A bit of attitude, but expected in a place like this. Pizza is yummy. It comes from somewhere down the street. If you need desert , The Donuttery around the corner is spectacular!!!

Best pizza in HB! Best atmosphere with great selection of music playing. There is ALWAYS something to look at on the walls and ceiling. And the guys who work there plus owner Johnny, are super nice. Highly recommend!

ETA: June 10, 2023. Came to celebrate my birthday. Drinks were amazing, HIGHLY recommend the Chunky Monkey in cocktail style. The Danny Devito pizza (Italian sausage crumbled just the way I love, all beef pepperoni and and bowl & crisp pepperoni) is UNMATCHED! We had a Schmedium at the bar and took one home. Staff is fun and attentive. All thanks to McLovin for starting my bday celebration off right with the off menu cherry flavored McLovin. The Haunted Mansion atmosphere is still my fave. Heard country, Stevie Wonder, Sam Cooke, LIT and my fave band A7X while we hung out. I cannot say enough how much I love this place. Thanks to all involved for making it so awesome.

Had a Classic Pep pizza and it was honestly the best pizza I've ever had. I'm from Chicago so I don't say that lightly. Atmosphere is still awesome and service is above and beyond. Love this place and am so glad I got to visit again!

Very cool place. Great environment and nice crowd. Drinks are generously poured and the service is on point. They make feel at home.

The pizza here is top notch, the service is better than any dive bar I've ever been too. And the whiskey selection beats anyone around.

Grab a homemade pie and a cold PBR. Great place to hang a have a drink. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls. Whisky selection is awesome. The restroom plays great music. It's in the far corner of the strip mall.

If you’re looking for a high class dive and enjoy some well made pizza, this is the place. Keith and Fika are some of the best bartenders I’ve ever met.

I went with a friend its a mysterious place has a touch of dark dungeon vibes with a pool table and alcohol. I wish they would answer the phone so I can order food maybe it's a order in kind of place.

What did you do after you got married? Well in our case we came to Johnnys!! Amazing as always. My husband and I are whiskey snobs after coming here lol.

Johnnys pizza is one of my favorites. They make it fresh to order and you can tell. I would travel for this pizza. They make it easy to order too. You can text ahead and give them the time you want to pick it up. They only have a certain amount each night so place your orders early. Easily the best pizza in Huntington Beach.

Wow, I just tried stoneys, Johnny's and zero zero, and I can't believe a pizza made from a bar is literally the best I've ever had. They even left a really nice note on the box! Super good!

Love Johnny's- hey it's a staple in HB, cool rock n roll/punk/veteran friendly bar, good bartenders. Yummy pizza and a good place to just chill with music on instead of sports. The walls are great to look at- cool artwork. Always swing by Johnny's when in town.
