Our condo in Laguna Beach came with top-of-the line equipment, and the shower system in both bathrooms has a European brand of hardware that we really love. When we needed work on our showers, we chose McKeown Plumbing because they were the only one of multiple SoCal plumbers we checked with who had experience with these systems. They analyzed possible solutions and gave us choices and advice on how to proceed with the repair. We chose to use the original European company's replacement parts, which had to be ordered from Europe. Once they had procured the right parts, the plumbers from McKeown arrived on time and were very professional even though the installation was complicated. We are truly pleased with the outcome! I have also been in contact with McKeown on other local projects, and they stand above the rest in quality and professionalism. They are the best!!!

Angelo arrived on time and did an excellent job. Resolved my water pressure issues, and installed a new faucet. He was professional and explained to me what the issues were. I’d highly recommend McKeown.

I have been a McKeown client for 55 years, and I have never been disappointed in their response or their service. This time, it was everybody's nightmare--a leaking water heater, which had been installed by McKeown 22 (twenty-two!) years ago but finally needed to be replaced. Everyone involved responded courteously, professionally, expertly, and with much-appreciated understanding--from Danielle in the office to Reuben and Saul, who did the actual installation. I placed the call for help on a Tuesday, and the new water heater was installed on Wednesday, i.e., the very next day. With that kind of service, it should be obvious why I have been a McKeown customer for 55 years.

Great service! I needed a plumber ASAP, as one of my pipes developed a pinhole leak and was flooding my garage. McKeown Plumbing came to the rescue! The technician did a great job fixing the pipe, he was clean and very nice. I'm happy with the results and can recommend McKeown Plumbing with genuine confidence!

David was exceptional!! He looked at our plumbing needs, assessed, and RECOMMENDED a different approach that was a much better alternative than what we had originally requested. His recommendation and going abound and beyond shared his expertise but most of all showed he cared.

We had a drain blockage causing "lots" of water (mud) in basement and downstairs office. They used the cleanout under the kitchen sink, and they cleared the blockage quickly, then they stayed around for a little while with water running to be sure that things were working properly. I highly recommend McKeown Plumbing.

We recently bought a Laguna house and had a plumbing back-up. McKeown immediately sent out David who easily cleared the line and provided us with video of the home's plumbing system. I have used McKeown for over 30 years. They are always professional and responsive. Their excellent at solving problems and their pricing is very fair. My last call involved an issue with a faucet. And THEN - THEY Delivered Everything promised on the exact days schedules (2 day job). Call them first so you don’t waste your time like I did on their two MAIN competitors. THESE GUYS are great !

I have used McKeown Plumbing for 8 years and they have done several jobs for me with the utmost professionalism and on time service. I just had a slab leak and after 1 week of Service Master cleaning up the leak mess, McKeown came out and did a full reroute of the cold water line. They completed the work faster and 20% under the estimate the insurance company gave me. I have had a great experience with them not just once or twice or three times but at least 6 or 7 times over the last 8 years. Very happy, 6 Stars !!

Great service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours for a Friday call. They were On time. They did a great job repairing our leak.

The staff was very punctual and helpful. Jarrad was very knowledgeable and cleaned up well after the work. I had some valves replaced after my backyard was flooded and now everything is good as new. These guys are my new “go to” for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Our sewer nine backed up - I called McKeown on a Saturday, Halloween, at about 10:30 AM. They had someone at my house in less than a hour.
The job was completed in less than an hour.
The plumbers they sent were polite and knowledgeable.

I love these guys!!! They have now rescued us twice! First time was a collapsed main sewer line that was fixed in a timely manner with the upmost quality and professionalism ever!!!!. The second time was discovering and repairing a prior plumbers mistakes! I will now only use McKeown Plumbing, they are trustworthy, dependable, clean and priced fairly!
